Product arrived broken. Month after reporting it I have no replacement or refund. Customer service effectively non existent. Avoid avoid avoid.

The K4 is a great bit of kit and does exactly what I needed a pressure washer for. My only criticism is that it is supplied part complete, so the customer has to do the final assembly, meaning fiddly small parts and messing about with flimsy plastic panels. Seriously Karcher? As a market leader you can do better than this.I see Karcher have replied with a frankly risible response. They could very easily package a complete unit, buy they choose not to, no doubt on cost grounds. A poor response and in no way excuses them.

I contacted Karcher U.K. customer service department on Monday 24th March with regard to a K4 pressure washer that had developed some faults. The machine is still under warranty until the end of April 25.After a long wait I eventually got through to customer services. There was a long drawn out question and answer session to go through with the customer services assistant., with regard to the dos and donts of owning a Karcher pressure washer. It was a bit like an interrogation. I must have answered all the questions correctly . The outcome was the assistant arranged for the machine to be collected from my address on Wednesday 26th March for repair. I asked for a collection reference number, I was informed that I would be sent an email with instructions and confirmation of the uplift. Nearly a week has passed and still no email. Needless to say a carrier never appeared to collect the machine. I found the whole experience very stressful. I will now have to contact Karcher again, the joys!!

I bought a Karcher Window Vac following an offer on Martin Lewis website. It is absolute rubbish. Karcher claim it can be used on mirrors so I bought one. It made horrible smears on the mirror I tried to clean and then scratched it.. I want to return it but you have to contact Karcher first. I did this and then received an email back stating that I would have to wait seven days for a reply and that the product had to be unused to return it. How are you supposed to know how awful these window vacs are if you cant try it out. Avoid buying these they are a total waste of money

Bought a Karcher K5 compact 3 years ago and have used it literally a handful of times and now it doesnt work. Have checked everything and even followed youtube videos to get rid of air locks etc but to no avail, it has simply stopped working. For the money paid for this and all the associated products I am very disappointed and will not be buying another and will certainly advise friendsfamily to look for another brand.

The dirt blaster lance always break and the replacements are far too expensive. Why wont Karcher sell the plastic part in the head of the lance that fails, instead of forcing customers to pay for an entire new lance. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Kaercher Direct sale from UK website AF30 ordered and paid 23June which was confirmed immediately by email. Delivery is clearly stated as 35 days. On 25th contacted Kaercher via WhatsApp Chat and after an hour or so delay, was informed that the machine showed status of allocated in the warehouse, and was ready to be shipped so I should expect it to arrive in 35 days. I followed up again on the following Monday 1st July and was told its about to be shipped and indeed, I received DPD Tracking that afternoon, and delivery the following day. Theres something clearly wrong here, and Im surprised that a company as reputable as Kaercher GmBH should allow its brand to be tarnished by such poor order fulfillment.

rang karcher about product and the attitude from the company was to bad mate it takes 6 hours to charge the battery and you get just about 10 mins of use not enough time to clean a stain of my chair before battery goes flat the price of a spare battery is almost as much as buying another complete cleaner do not buy this item it is expensive and inefficient the least Karcher could do is provide a mains adaptor for it or provide a battery at reasonable cost honestly 10 mins is just not enough time to clean up one stain and 6hours recharge for 10 mins use is ridiculouswont buy from karcher again.

I have had 3 Karcher machines, each one had the same issue. After leaving it unused for a few weeks it becomes unresponsive. Theres lots of YouTube videos on how to fix this air lock issue it takes ten minutes. I would NOT recommend Karcher. IMHO its overhyped rubbish. Sadly I believed the hype and kept trading up to a K5, thinking the more expensive machines would be better. Trust me theyre all expensive rubbish.

Where do I start apart from the worst product Ive ever purchased and an even worse customer service. Having purchased a Karcher K5 pressure washer less than two years ago all you ever get back is its not covered its wear and tear.The first K5 that I received which was purchased from Amazon didnt even make it out of the box. As I removed some of the smaller items I went to remove the main body of the K5 washer out of the box and it had a loose part rattling around inside. Luckily this was still covered by Amazons returns policy and was replaced promptly without issue.The replacement at least made it out of the box and worked perfectly the first time it was used. This isnt a product that is used I a daily basis, its used just once or twice a year to clean the patio.The second time it was used there was some sort of problem with the lance where it was leaking water halfway down the lance reducing the pressure coming out of the lance. After going online and chatting with Karcher customer service It turns out that the O ring and the little yellow bit had come loose and were missing from the lance. This was the second use and youre probably going to guess Its not covered in the 2 year warranty as its wear and tear, so a 400 Karcher K5 after only 7 months and its second use the lance was faulty, not because its a badly designed and poor quality product but through wear and tear. Really wear and tear and not covered under the warranty after 7 months and two uses, and having to purchase replacement O rings pack from Amazon 14 and even with new O rings and yellow sealconnector it still doesnt always stay in the lance. So now on to its 3rd use and yet another fault. This time its the rubber coating on the high pressure hose that has already worn down to its metal protective sheath.Instead of starting a chat, this time I thought Id email them with details of the fault. I read the Karcher website and take all of the details that they require and send them a comprehensive explanation of the fault, the product, the serial number, photos, blah, blah blah and get what appears to be their standard response We can confirm that we have received your email and aim to respond within 7 working days.Seven, yes 7 days later I get another email can you please send in the the fault, the product, the serial number, photos, blah, blah blah which was sent in again. This time however theyre already preparing their excuses as the email now includes the wording this is considered a wear and tear part.That second email was still has some time for a response as its only been 4 working days.At this point now I have absolutely no confidence in this product because if its going to have a fault every time its used and the 2 year warranty it has isnt worth the paper its written on as they literally class everything as a wear and tear item. As a pressure washer the whole thing is going to be classified as wear and tear but not after less than two years and three uses.All I want now is to send the whole piece of expensive rubbish back to Karcher for a full refund as it is clearly not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Karcher K5 pressure washer 394.80 a complete waste of moneyI should have read the reviews on here before purchasing

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a K4 Power Control Flex Car Home via the Karcher website. The item arrived and unfortunately the handle on the unit had been snapped. Initially I thought this was due to transit but on closer inspection there were scratches all over the main unit and the power plug was bent. I emailed photos to Karcher via their website returnsdamage form and waited a couple of days. No response. I then called their customer service line and spoke to one of their agents hoping for a quick resolution. I was told that I needed to send more photos so they could look into the issue, I did that and was then advised my replacement item couldnt be sent until the damaged unit was received and processed. They then said that they needed 4 days notice for collections, and that collections have to be on weekdays and that I would be advised of the collection time on the day incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I gave them a collection date in writing and heard nothing back. After 5 days, but before the collection date, I called the customer service line again to check whether the item was being collected on the date I provided. I spoke to the same customer service agent who advised that they take 7 days to respond to emails so thats why they hadnt responded shockingly bad. At this stage I was questioning whether this is a legitimate company or perhaps the policy is purposely awkward so people dont go through with returns. From shear frustration, I requested a refund and was advised that the item would be collected on the specified collection date. I was also advised I would not be given a refund until the damaged item was returned and processed. I asked whether I would be given anything for the inconvenient and the response was literally no. So essentially Karcher sent out a damaged item in my option the exterior of the box was not damaged, they refused to send me a replacement and made me wait for the return to be inspected before giving me the item I have paid for, Im now having to return the item and hope that I then receive a refund nearly 4 weeks after they have taken my money. I have been offered no compensation for the hassle of taking multiple sets of photos, having to work from home and sit in all day for a collection and it will take 4 weeks to receive my money back. All in all the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise you to purchase from another retailer or another brand. I can imagine any warranty or returns offered by Karcher worthless.

WHAT IS IT WITH THESE COMPANIES? IVE GIVEN THEM THE DETAILS, IE THE REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THE VAN, ARE YOU SERIOUSLY TELLING ME THAT KARCHER HAVE NO IDEA WHOS DRIVING THEIR VANS? Ridiculous!!!!! Not about their products, its a complaint about one of their drivers. THIS MORNING TRAVELLING FROM GORSEINON TO YNYSFORGAN ON THE M4 MOTORWAY, I DONT APPRECIATE BEING TAILGATED BY A KARCHER MERCEDES VAN, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT STARTED TO RAIN, THEN THE VAN CONTINUED TO TAILGATE ME ON THE PONTARDAWE BYPASS, THIS DRIVER HAD NO THOUGHT OR CONSIDERATION FOR ME, OTHER ROAD USERS LET ALONE HIMSELF, REALLY THOUGHTLESS, INCONSIDERATE AND CARELESS. YOU NEED TO ADVISE THE DRIVER THAT IM CONSIDERING UPLOADING MY DASH CAM FOOTAGE TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES. Karcher, Ive told you of my experience, supplied you with the registration number of the van, Ive told you what happened, dont come back to me asking for further details, what would you like? His hair colour? Eye colour? Dont be ridiculous!!! Have a word with the driver, educate him on the dangers of tailgating, especially in bad weather, educate him,and your other drivers on the the practice of tailgating.

Purchased a k7 and website says 35days delivery. A full week later I call to find out it would be another 3 weeks as they dont have stock. I canceled the order and nearly a month later still not had a refund. Was told it was issued and I had to contact PayPal. Opened a case with PayPal and a week later finally got a response from Karcher saying it was being processed and to close my case. So has it been refunded or are they just messing me about who knows because they dont. Purchased 33 cancelled 103 still no refund 84.

Purchased power washer from Karcher UK 91224. Received online receipt. No contact from them regarding delivery. Had to make phone calls and send emails. Was told warehouse had moved but all on track for delivery . Each Monday since no contact. Rang again told it was on its way. Still nothing today 231224. Rang spoke to Nina who told me it was out of stock and not available. They were getting more in end of December. This was bought as a Christmas present. So she then offered a refund or to wait on an unknown date.So from being told it was arriving this week to no its not. They dont seem to know their own stock availability. Then they just leave it until the customer complains before hitting you with we dont have any. Im contacting the consumer council for advice its been 15 days since they took my money. Incompetence and a serious lack of good customer care avoid this company at all costs. You have been warned .

Having brought a number of products from Karcher over the years I am shocked how terrible they have now become.I bought a K4 power washer and hose box from them in November last year. After washing my car a few times the only reason I bought the two items the hose kept coming away from the machine under pressure so they sent me out a new hose box in January of this year.After using this new box the lance pipe now comes away under pressure. Called up to request a new machine and they refused dont expect anyone to come back to you in a timely manner via email. Apparently its my fault that I purchased the items and should have realised the k4 and hose box are not compatible. Tried to explain to them they sent me a replacement hose box back in January why would they do this if not compatible.Had an awful call with Alex N at the Head Office today who didnt seem to understand the Consumer Right Act 2015 that a product must be fit for purpose selling me both items and then blaming me that they dont work together is UNACCEPTABLE. Alex ended the call by hanging up on me this guy should not be in a customer services role an absolute disgrace.I will never buy Karcher again.

I bought my first Karcher back in the 90s and it was always in use for approximately 20 years giving me no bother. In the last 6 years I have purchased two with the first one spouting water from the vent and even though I make a point of emptying the tank I gave it the benefit of the doubt, Now ! the same thing has happened again with a K4 which is only used periodically.

I bought steam cleaner sc3 easy. The steam it produced when I took it would not even warm my hand.i spoke to customer care I was steam is hot within the machine and not when it comes out and product is working as expected after 3 days of purchase I told of this is expected behaviour of product I will return the product. I shared which said a opened product will not be returned. So leaning dont buy karcher product from karcher website best use some third party which allow 30 days return like most companiesAlso customer care does even seem what they are sharing I was told to buy a part which might have worn , I told the agent I have just opened and he had just registered the machine on my name. I dont think as customer a credible falutation can be had from karcher. I asked the customer to rep. To send me an email confirming refusal of return which he kept ignoring and told they can check the product when told what happens if service center say it expected behaviour is machine will produce cold steam. I think karcher should brand mist cleaner as steam is supposed to be hot enough, I have used other product which actually produce steam karcher has safety but no functionality as steam cleaner also attachment dont lock and are wobbly, unlike the much cheaper steam cleaner I had earlier.overall disappointed product functionality ,customer service and top that fleecing policy on karcher website shared by customer denying few days old product .
