This is my second karcher that has broken. They are really unimpressive when it comes to build quality. Steer clear.

I purchased a Karcher K3 just over 2 years ago. 2nd time of using all the water was pouring out of the machine. It was just outside the warranty period, so had no rights. I certainly would not be buying another one.

Much like a hairdryer.It looks good, is easy to operate and yet lacks power. It just about manages dry leaves on a dry hard surface and will move light sandsoillight gravel. But no more. Fine for odd bits of hard standing that need a bit of a light clean but thats about it. Disappointingly limited.

FC5 floor cleaner. When it worked it was great. Always cleaned with clean water and dried. Gave up after 12 months as rollers didnt turn. Only used once a month !!! Unable to open machine to look why. Today I finally ripped it apart to find bearings seized and belt snapped. Everything rusty!! What a waste of money!!

Im absolutely fed up. This company has wasted my time and patience. I bought an item thats still under warranty, and not only has it not been replaced, but customer service has been painfully slow, unresponsive, and utterly useless.To top it off, the courier never even showed up for the return no call, no update, nothing. And surprise, no one followed up either. It feels like theyre doing everything they can to avoid honoring the warranty.The product was overpriced to begin with, and with this kind of service, its honestly insulting. Ive had to chase every step of the process myself, with zero accountability on their end.Never again. Its no wonder people are going elsewhere I wish I had too.

We have a Karcher K7. On low spray the soap was only minimally coming out. We took it in to an approved repairer 120 miles round trip away. On first use after collecting the machine leaked extensively and no pressure. We took it back again and was told the pot had failed. The pot was replaced, it was supposed to have been tested. On first use the same thing happened. This happened again and also failed at the repairers. This has been going in since October. Pre Christmas we again returned the K7 for repair for the 4th time. No apologies. We were told they wouldnt be able to get the part and give it a good test til after Christmas. The second week of January we contacted the repairers and were toold itm was repaired but needed to be tested. We phoned a week later and were tolod thye machine was in bits. It had failed again. We were told they had a fully refurbished machine they had purchased from a customer in perfect working order. They could put the inside of the machine into our machine case as our case was i better condition. Reluctantly and wearily we agreed. On first use the machine leaked again. When we took the machine back we found out the machine had ot been refurbished and the machine had been a rental one. The machine is now still with the repairers and we have stated clearly we want our own mechanics back in the case and our machine repaired and fully tested. They have had the machine at least five times.I tried to contact Karcher, as these are their approved repairers. I tried to contact through the Chat on Saturday. I recieved six messages from then til late this morning asking if I still wished to remain in the queue as no agents were available at this time. Each timer I replied to the affirmative.when I recieved a message to say all our operators are unavailable please contact us again at a later stage. We are so frustrated. We had always been pleased with Karcher in the past but now, am feeling that it is very unlikely we will purchase Karcher again. It has cost us a fortune in time travel as well as the repair.

Worst Customer Service..... what was the point in registering my power washer... after 7 months the washer is faulty, I had to complete all the details again online definitely a software problem here when it should automatically auto fill this part for you, again I dont see the point registering when you have to complete this all again. I ended up completing the form however to date not a response, to compound my frustrations the helpline portal chat is a waste of time and even more frustratingly the WhatsApp portal is also just as useless, and had the cheek to send me a survey... for what ?? oh yes... to annoy the hell out of me again after failing to respond, I did however sarcastically speaking got a place in the queue and they will respond .... I will just sit on my phone and wait for them to get back to me!!For now I have a faulty Power Washer and no clue as to how to get this fixed after various points of contact with them.... Exasperated !!!!!Update email received 9pm last night, I have sent information back as requested

Nothing wrong with product, its the lack of communication after youve placed an order. After a week of placing and paying for the WV5, I heard nothing from Karcher UK.I placed and payed for product on the 8th May. It was delivered on the 15th May. But only because of the followingI resorted to calling them and chasing up the product. There response was just simply to say wait for the email that tells you when the item purchased will be delivered. I mean, 6 days and no email or deliverycome on.. youre hardly sending it to the other side of the world are you?I gave them an alternative that if the product wasnt delivered within 2 days then they could cancel the order and refund me. I also stated that I couldve have gone to BQ and brought it straight away.The person just said he couldnt tell me when it would be delivered or that he couldnt cancel the order.Get your act together for goodness sake!

Im not sure why Karcher have a premium image, my second washer, a K4 has failed internally within the warranty period. These things happen but Karcher customer service is poorer than the unit itself. Four weeks I emailed them all the details used the WhatsApp chat facility, so far I have had 21 WhatsApp replies to say their operators are all busy they will reply in 3 days, then in 3 days I get an automated response asking if I want to stay in the queue, when I reply yes, the response is all our operators are unavailable and around we go again!Im off to buy a Bosch, the reviews are great.

Hi, I bought a Karcher K7 premium smart control February 2023 since then I used it around 3 times and today the 4th time . The issue was leaking water from the back off the machine and loosing pressure constantly because of this. Try to leave the reviews on the Karcher but didnt let me more then literally because its negative. As on the website thy have 4.5 stars but on trustpilot 2.5????. I needed a pressure washer for various jobs and looked at many different brands and prices but opted for Karcher based on their reputation for manufacturing highquality products.They were offering a reasonable discount if I ordered direct from them as opposed to a thirdparty retailer. Even though I could have collected it or had the same product delivered the next day. I was happy to wait a few more days for the service Karcher themselves were offering. However, a week went by and there had been no confirmation of despatch so I tried contacting them via email and then messenger as no response was forthcoming after 48 hours. Finally they responded to claim that the product was out of stock and that more were coming in on 29th April. They promised to confirm despatch. But today 30th they came up with what appears to be another excuse and consequently couldnt even provide an estimated date for delivery. Ultimately, Karcher had wasted my time and worse still, treated me with disdain via a wall of silence and then feeble and insincere nonsense.Nobody doubts the quality of Karchers pressure washers but clearly success has gone to their heads as they do not replicate those same standards when it comes to customer care. So if you are intending to buy one of their products, get it anywhere else but direct from their incompetent sales team. UPDATE 1525 replied to Karcher with the info they requested but if they checked messenger they would have all the details theyve asked for to hand. Another example of how disorganised they are. Its too late for them to do anything but refund me now as yesterday was the last straw and I have since ordered the same item for just 2 more from Halfords, which I will be picking up today. Now theres service for you and from a retailer that isnt usually at the top of the tree for service.Oh, and to top it off you all should be aware that Karcher are attempting to have this review removed under the premise it isnt genuine. Clearly this company has a lot to learn about customer service. Shoddy and duplicitous.

As others have experienced, I placed an order over the bank holiday and have heard nothing since. Having WhatsApped them for an update , I was advised that the item was now out of stock until 16th July. Having charged me, I asked for a refund and to be charged when the item was actually despatched. Sorry we cant do that, would you like to cancel? So I have. Its unacceptable to be charged for an item that you will not receive for nearly 7 weeks assuming it actually comes back into stock then very poor service from Karcher. Stick to making products and let others sell them. Update having requested a refund I have been advised that once the refund has been processed, it will be a further 10 working days before it appears in my account. WHY?? just a warning to anyone else thinking of purchasing directly from Karcher, if you need a refund, youll also need to wait for that.

My Krcher is only 5 months old it started water leaks and hose bit came off karcher refused to repair it I waited 210 its very bad experience karcher selling cheap Chinese stuff never buy karcher products it waist of moneyI would never touch karcher again

UPDATE 11012025It doesnt appear that you do take the safety issue I have raised seriously at all, despite your convincing response. Nobody has contacted me yet, and its 9 days after your initial response, and I suspect nobody will. This is consistent with my experience of this company. Just words, no action. Not good enough.SAFETY ISSUE... Do not buy the Karcher K4 full control pressure washer. In my opinion the equipment is poor quality and the customer service is even worse. I returned the equipment shortly after purchasing because it lad a leaky pump and the unit was sitting in a pool of water, which I considered to be a possible safety issue. Within a few months the main electrical isolator stopped working so you couldnt turn it off locally at the machine itself, which is definitely a safety issue its there for a reason. Nobody from Karcher was too concerned about this, despite me writing several emails and talking to them in person. If this was my company and somebody highlighted this issue I would be grateful for the feedback and use it as Learning From Experience LFE, which can be used to prevent accidents.Next to break was the thermal cut out, it would only work for 10 minutes at a time. Then finally today its stopped working entirely. Ive only used this pressure washer about 20 times, my previous pressure washer lasted for 20 years and it was a cheap old thing. It was 100 times better than this heap of rubbish, which annoys me every time i drag it out. Save yourself the bother, buy from a different company.

Ordered direct from Karcher and it arrived quickly and efficiently. A nightmare trying to register the guarantee online though, the process trying to reclaim the gift code wasnt great and the website itself when I ordered the product was too detail heavy and difficult to navigate around and find what I wanted. To top that off when I first used the K5 the day after receiving it the bottle feed became detached making it unusable ! To be fair to Karcher they then arranged a swap out and new replacement very quickly but they do need to sort out their website, internal service and of course the product quality is now concerning me given my experience !
