Quoted 23 days delivery.its been 10 days now, still nothing despite wasting my precious time hanging on the line for their Customer Service ? to investigate my order. Id have bought elsewhere if Id known. Hopeless service.Update 7.06.2024 I have now been advised that delivery will take place this afternoon.

I recently sought support having had a second machine fail. After days of tedious backandforth, the best Krcher could offer was a discounted replacementwhich, insultingly, still costs more than buying the same machine outright from Argos. Thats not customer service its a joke.Ive invested nearly 600 in Karcher domestic machines, and both have failed prematurely. Thats not just frustratingits disgraceful for a brand that claims to stand for quality. Your products have proven unreliable, your support disinterested, and your reputation online speaks volumes flimsy machines, short lifespans, and a company that doesnt stand behind what it sells.I wont waste another penny on Krcher.Im very happy with the latest addition to my home and garden a Stihl power washer. A machine sold to me with reassuring guarantees, excellent customer support and so far has done a great job for a fraction of the price.

Update from previous reviewAfter waiting for than 10 weeks and no sign of replacement hose. I followed up and got this reply Im very sorry for this delay and this has been pushed back to January due to the hoses not arriving in stock. It is prioritized to go out as soon as they land. To apologize we will send you out a detergent and a car brush to go with that.This is unbelievable, whats the point of having a warranty when we cant even get the warranty claim sorted in time. We are waiting for 3 months and have lost those 3 months of actual warranty period on the product. Have to wait another 4 weeks before they come back to say its been further pushed for who knows how long.Worst decision ever to invest in this companys product, better off buying VOX, they have such good customer service and products are second to none. Karcher denied to send replacement product , nor sending issuing the refund. As a costumer all we are left is at their mercy. Looks like consumer court is the only option left now.

Bought a pressure washer 10 days ago with an advertised maximum 3 days delivery. Reading the other reviews, it seems this is a common issue and needs to be addressed.Cant say anything about the product, but wouldnt buy again in the future.

Ordered 2 pressure washers on the 21st April 2025. it is now 5 working days since the order was received and Karcher are unable to even give me an estimated delivery date as it has not yet been sent to the courier. Disappointing that a company of this size are unable to fulfil their orders within the timescales they display on their website, nor communicate delays in dispatch. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known.

The plastic connection between hose and Karcher 4 Classic broke on the first use. I am told that I can buy a new hose for 64. I thought it would be covered by the guarantee. Awful design fault. Poor customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I called up customer service regarding my steam cleaner and they told me to go online to fill out a form. Their website is so glitchy i never got a confirmation after i filled out the form twice. I called again and they filled it out for me over the phone. And they said i had wait up to10 working days for a reply. Gone 2 weeks i followed up and they quickly replied saying my model is an old one so they cant help and told me to buy a new one. So my emailrequest was just sitting there because nobody could be bothered to pick up the request.After all that trouble they could have told me they couldnt help me initially due to the model.Below is the kind of response i get from their team translates to we cant help because its an old model, buy a new one instead!!! Disagraceful. Will no longer be purchasing any Karcher product.Unfortunately we do not manufacture spare parts for the SC1, therefore we are unable to offer a repair service. Bought an SC2 steam cleaner. It keeps blowing the electrics in the house. Weve only used it 4 times. So disappointing. I would avoid buying. Marcher sent a reply see below which I responded too but no answer yet.....I guess their reply was to indicate they did something.....but they did NOTHING and never contacted me after I sent them the details.

I bought a WV, Battery failed after a few months, battery replaced not with new with reconditioned, that failed, again replaced with recon, that failed, now it gets interesting have reported it via company website, no reply, e mailed the company twice, no reply, gone onto the watts app chat and get told every 24 hours nobody available and doing want to stay on, I am going to stay on and sort this out. BEWARE KARCHER, DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE IN A MESS, I SUSPECT THEY MAYBE ON THE POINT ON TOTAL COLLAPSE. I would like to upload the emails and the watsapp responses that make promises but cannot, however I have them here for anybody that wants to see an organisation that has given upon dealing with their selling failed productsIf you doubt this review check out all of the one star reviews and see the common theme, shoddy products, incredibly poor customer service and replies by Karcher that ignore the issue. AVOID Have just seen the Karcher response below, it doesnt surprise me so here we go1 a WV is a window vac not a garden power battery clue is in the model initial WV Window Vac2 I am now 11 working days waiting a response via e mail3 I am now 5 days awaiting a watsappHey, KARCHER, rather than telll me how busy you are why not do something like SOLVE MY PROBLEMJust checked my e mails and Watsapp,you have NOT sent me a request for more information.

I bought a WD3 Vacuum Cleaner in February 24 directly from Karcher. The previous one lasted 7 years so I thought it was the right thing to do. Last week the motor burned down and white smoke started coming off the top of the unit. I did a video, sent it to the helpline and asked support. I am now being told that I have to pack the item, ship it back to their centre for inspectionrepair and that 1 collection wont be until late next week 2 I have to procure a box myself 3 no indication of timelines to have it repairedreplaced under warranty. Why not sending a new motor unit? It would be less expensive and simpler for everyone involved. I will probably be without a vacuum cleaner for 34 weeks now at least and I use it weekly for my house keeping...wont buy from them again.

Ive been a loyal Krcher customer for years I own a Krcher pressure washer, steam mop, window cleaner, and multiple accessories. Ive always trusted the brand to deliver quality and reliability. Thats why I was so disappointed by my experience with the WD4 wet dry vacuum.From the very beginning, the suction has been abysmal. It cant even lift dry leaves they just get stuck at the end of the nozzle. I followed all the correct setup steps and troubleshooting advice, but nothing improved. Its genuinely worse than my Shark handheld and far behind a budget Wickes model I tried for comparison.I recorded the performance and emailed Krcher on 11 April, hoping for a technical review or even a replacement, not a refund. I shared videos with YouTube links clearly showing the issue. But Ive had no reply at all not even an acknowledgment for over 11 days. I followed up, still nothing.At this point, Im no longer looking for a replacement. I want a full refund and a resolution. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Krcher as a brand. I expected better both in product performance and customer care.

Awful experience. I made order of the k5 control home version after seeing deals from HotUKDeals and even did screenshot at the time, but end up recieving lower specs K5 control version. To be fair I should have checked confirmation email and I didnt open the box and check until a few weeks later when weather improves... I certainly wont shop direct again.120723 to respond to your comments, I found the deal from 3rd party site but still went to karcher website to pay for it. I had a screenshot at the time but no one from karcher is interested

I bought a karcher fc7 on 20th May, the accessories I ordered were delivered within a few days but the fc7 did not arrive. I contacted karcher by email after about a week and didnt hear anything for a few days so I tried WhatsApp. They took days to respond each time on email or WhatsApp and did not seem in any hurry to find my fc7 which had apparently been lost in a warehouse. Eventually it arrived on 5th June. I dont mind things going missing, mistakes happen. It is the terribly slow responses and seeming lack of any urgency from the customer service that I found very frustrating. I wouldnt order from them again if I needed anything within specific time scale.

I bought 4 Karcher products 34 years ago1 Lawn mower with large battery and a charger1 grass strimmer with 2 small batteries and a charger1 leaf blower with 1 small battery no charger1 high pressure water spray no battery or charger.Within 9 months one charger failed and within 15 months 2 small batteries had failed.I am not impressed

I bought the Karcher floor cleaner following all of the adverts on tv, particularly liking the always uses clean water.Bad bits first The roller cleaner does a fair job, but it doesnt totally clean the rollers, so after a short while they are dirty and trying to clean the floor. Its easy to see how dirty they get by washing them when youve finished and seeing how much dirt comes out.The dirty water collector doesnt collect all of the dirty water and it can spill out a bit, especially the bit of froth that occurs from the detergent.This finds its way back onto the floor and into the main foot of the machine, which has warning stickers on it, telling you not too get it wet!!The good bits It does a far better job of cleaning our floors than any other machine or mop weve used, so long as I empty it and clean the rollers after each room. We have a big farmhouse with all tiled floors and us in wellies and lots of animals in and out all day.Its quite easy to put together and very easy to use, being fairly light, well not heavy.Im fairly happy with it, but feel the advert claims are just a little disappointing. For the price Id say it does a good job. Maybe I should have looked at one of the larger more professional models? EDIT Ive just noticed that the dirty water collector has a split on it. This may be why Im getting some of the froth back on the floor. Im just about to email Karcher and Ill update my review with the outcome.

No one getting back to me and virtually impossible to get in touch with Karcher direct as all emails chats etc bounceback. They delivered the wrong item to me, I ordered abd paid for a Steam Mop and received a Buffing brush pad! Not even remotely similar. I cannot get this resolved after waiting a considerable time on its arrival. I have purchased in the past other items from this company but now Im loosing faith. Can anyone help with any direct contact details before I cancel payment via PayPal? Order no 0085815646Photos taken of the incorrect item sent.

Sent me two damaged K5 machines so decided to get my money back but they are not dealing with the issue quickly. Its been over a month now so will be taking it further. Really poor customer service.

Absolutely delighted and so pleased to talk to a real person and not be in a queue waiting for ages to speak, having explained my query relating to an email from your company my question was very quickly and efficiently solved due to an incorrect e mail address.Very impressed with the gentleman who dealt with my call, very professional and polite, wish all my calls to various companies were dealt with the same efficient manner.
