Most of the meals we have had have been very tasty and we??ve enjoyed. We do think the meat protein portions are too small and need to be a bit bigger.

My fiance and I started using Gousto a few weeks ago now. We love it for so many reasons! The convenience, high quality ingredients, flexibility, meal variety, healthy options and price. It comes packaged very well and is still cold when it is arrives meaning you won??t have any off meat. Would highly recommend to anyone

Arrived, all veg in one compartment. Had to sort out. Sauces etc thrown in one bag instead of separate bags for separate meals like hello fresh. Missing items and was told they??d refund for them and couldn??t send them out. Very poor

Considering that it was my first order and I had only cooked two recipes the key ingredients were missing in both!! So rather than convenience after a hard days work, I ended up having to go to the grocery shop to buy them? very poor service, very poor ingredients that I did actually receive, including 10 cloves of garlic thrown in the bottom of the bag for some reason, wether they were substituting the main ingredients for garlic cloves I don??t know?More hassle than it??s worth.

Awful customer service. My box has been delivered to the wrong address. I want a new box sent but they said it takes 3 days to prepare a box. Even though I ordered it yesterday for delivery today customer service are not bothered by this that I??m now out of pocket. They have put another box through for Wednesday but I have to pay more for the box and have said they won??t give me the new customer discount I received for the box that didn??t turn up. They are telling me they can??t add the discount for me they will have to speak to someone and see if they can do it but they can??t guarantee it. When asked to speak to someone that can deal with it I have been told no one is available and they don??t know when they will be available. Like previous reviews, I??ve got planned meals for the week so now have to go and buy more stuff for the week. For something that is designed for convenience it??s been really inconvenient.

I love the Gousto customer experience, its simple and easy to use. Makes me excited each week for my dinners. On the few rare occasions where I have had issues the Gousto customer care team have been really helpful and responded quickly! I recently had an issue, that was actually the fault of the courier rather than Gousto themselves and they resolved it really quickly

My order wasnt received today. They have refunded me for this but Im a little frustrated that i have been a subscriber for a year and now have to go and buy food at this late time 2000hrs for the week and they have offered me nothing more eg xx off next order to maintain my subscription. No customer loyalty so why should I be loyal to them?

I am really enjoying the variety of meals on offer and the quality is very good ... my only criticism is that I wish that the ingredients were all together in a separate package rather than just all mixed up in the box.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Delivery promised by 7pm by Gousto, last week was after 10pm , complaint raised, response was to reimburse Delivery fee, fair enough. Explained I am disabled and carer leaves at 9pm, unable to bring food in, so it had to stay on the doorstep until the following morning . Delivery this week was again made late. Contacted customer service and told to wait as it may be delivered earlier. Tried to contact again as received an email to say delivery was delayed and would be late, and was completely ignored.

We have used Gousto for the past 6 years with relatively little issue. We enjoy the variety of the food and saving on supermarket shopping trips.The past 2 weeks have led us to cancel our subscription with Gousto. Last Tuesday day later due to bank holiday I messaged customer service at 4pm as we still didnt have a delivery time slot. I checked DHL and they said the food was perishable so would no longer be delivered and had been sat in their warehouse since the previous evening. I got in touch with customer services at Gousto no notice before this from them and they said that there was nothing that could be done and we would not receive any food. They offered a discount off this weeks box ca. 14 of the overall cost. This week, on Monday, I messaged customer services as we still didnt have a delivery slot and the customer agent initially responded and then ignored me. I received an email saying the box would now arrive a day late and they offered a 5 coupon. I spent 40 minutes waiting for the customer agent on the live chat, 20 minutes trying to get through to the phone line which they were having issues with promting them to stop answering in the end. I documented all of this to customer services in an email and received a reply 4 days later ignoring the majority of my email and again blaming it on the delivery partners. I order through Gousto and not their delivery partners and this level of service falls well below expectation. 2 weeks in a row we have been left stuck and each time it has been on us to chase and communication and the level from customer service from Gousto has been diabolical.After 6 years, we will not be ordering again. Gousto have seriously dropped the ball lately and their service has gone to pot. I would choose another service despite the menu choices not being as good. Disappointed but feel like we have been left no choice.Please dont respond saying to raise this with customer services, I have done so multiple times and the responses are not acceptable.

I have been using Gousto for nearly a month now a colleague recommended it to me. Honestly I love it! So much more options for meals than hello fresh, it stays fresher throughout the week and I have had no issues with any orders. I wish I knew about it sooner as I will remain a customer for a long time.

As someone with a herniated disc and permanent nerve damage, I relied on Gousto to make meal prep manageable. Instead, their delivery service caused immense stress 1. Missing Box 9th Feb Marked as delivered, but it vanished. Customer service offered a 30 credit later upgraded to full refund after i had complained. 2. DPD Thrown Delivery 16th Feb Driver tossed my box into a communal hallway with a loud bang. I had to send my 6yearold to retrieve it due to my mobility issues. 3. No Accountability Staff dismissed concerns, blaming tracking systems instead of addressing unsafe practices. 4. Spam After Cancellation Continued promotional texts even after I begged them to stop. Gousto??s drivers DPD ignore delivery instructions, their support team downplays serious issues, and their service is utterly inaccessible for disabled customers. If you value reliability or dignity, look elsewhere. They still have 10.47 credit of mine I want refunding into my bank

I wish I could give zero. This used to be a good company but the company and customer service are now in the the gutter.Previously had great experiences but spending 8 hours talking to customer service trying to get a gift voucher to work was absolutely shocking. Sent from pillar to post and pased from customer service agent to agent having to start every conversion again with no result. Used to reccomend this service to everyone and but now definitely reccomend to AVOID.Cant believe how once a good company can stop caring.

After using Gousto for 4 or 5 years I have recently seen standards dropping. Not only is the quality of the ingredients on the decline so are the measures. Chicken, especially diced chicken, is becoming poorer and poorer in quality. I have to trim every portion now to remove gristle, veins, cartlidge etc... its as if they simply dice up all the off cuts and throw it in a bag. Tonight we had a fish dish that used 2 x 100g packs of haddock bites. I weighed the fish, as it looked very small and this wasnt the first time, and there was only 157g when there should have been 200g. Thats nearly 25 less than there should be! Finally, whoever is packing the boxes clearly dont care or are under too much pressure as boxes are now thrown together with contents being damaged. Will be cancelling if things dont improve.

Used this food service for 4 weeks and all was well. Few damaged products and two late deliveries but nothing that was out of reasonable service. Unfortunately after 4 weeks it all went wrong, my selection of vegetarian and gluten free meals stopped working and i was recommended, based on what Id had before??? chichen burgers???? After phone calls and 14 email exchanges they now ignore me !!!!The last email was IT are looking into it an I would recommend you dont use us. Update two days later...You will see below their response, i emailed and they didnt reply, generic message,this is just to make it look like they care. Update, two people sent me emails to say they are taking personal responsibility for this as they have seen my review, two weeks later and nothing.
