Only 1 star as I can??t leave zero or a minus,On week 2 now, just over 80 emails, Gusto delivered a box which I was charged for, its not my account, they have known this since email No1, took 9 days, 5 agents 50 emails to get somebody to listen, by this time another box arrived which again I have been charged for, if they had acted on day 1 this would have been resolved, however they allowed another box to be delivered and charged to my account. The boxes delivered are meat, I??m vegetarian, I was told to ??just use different ingredients to make the meals suit ?? Refusing to refund me, offered 5.63 gesture of goodwill.The veg that turned up in the last box was 14 of a courgette, 3 carrots, 1 x red onion, spinach, potatoes, linguine, being charged 26 for that.Truly the worst customer service department I??ve ever dealt with not the staff, they are just saying what there told Shocking company.

I cancelled my box a day or two after I had received it as the food was minging. The lamb tasted of goat, the Mediterranean gnocci had both me and my easy to please, not fussy at all partner gagging. I have just looked in my emails to see that they have sent another box despite me cancelling it! I went to live chat and all they could do was copy and paste the same paragraph over and over again to say I had placed the order? No I hadnt!!! I bloody cancelled it! Aswell as this, I told them I was on holiday now for three weeks so I wont even be able to make use of it and she just said to donate it? HOW? I AM AWAY!Dont trust or use this company, Hellofresh allow you to CANCEL your subscription and shock horror... wont charge you again once youve cancelled! Mental.If I hadnt have had this scam happen, I wouldve still cancelled, as it was just not good at all!The food portions are great, but not when you dont want to eat it.They gave us a mouldy onion, so I ended up having to run to the shop anyway for that. None of their recipes are prepacked like HelloFreshs, which is a nitpick but I still like this aspect of HF.The only good meal we had was the belly pork. The rest was just not good.I want a refund for this upcoming box, Im not going to be able to use it. Its ridiculous that live chat wouldnt refund it even though it was still being prepped.

My mistake i entered the wrong delivery address. I told gousto 72hrs in advance and I was told the address could not be changed and so my order will be delivered to an incorrect address 70 miles from my home. This is not an acceptable level of customer service.

They sent the wrong meal and then charged me extra as the incorrect meal was apparently premium. I sent proof to their customer services chat that I didnt order the premium item but they literally stopped replying and just ignored me!

Ive been using Gousto for over a year now. Love the choice, portion size, and ease of ordering. The meals are really healthy and very tasty. I work unpredictable hours and used to find myself ordering late night takeaways, I put on weight and it was costing a fortune. Gousto is a much better alternative, I actually like to cook, I just need the ingredients to hand! Now I can have a meal ready in half an hour. I dont order every week, probably 3 out of 4, with 4 recipes a week I order for 2, so I have leftovers. That feeds me for most of the week. Highly recommend

Normally we receive our weekly food supply we use this service as we are both disabled and have trouble getting round a supermarket but for the last two weeks service has been atrocious today we have been informed our delivery will not arrive till Tuesday I got in touch with Gusto saying we have received this message she said it does not say they on their computer and would have to wait until at least7.00pm after which they would do something too late to solve it before Tuesday 6th May companies don??t give a jot about service the two companies are as bad as each other they just don??t care. I have used Gusto for a few years and as I can??t rely on the service I am seriously thinking of cancelling because they don??t seam to care about you when you complain

This is an updated review. The whole experience started off with a glitch in Goustos systems. However, it was resolved within 24 hours. First box came 2 days later and I couldnt be more delighted with it. Made the first recipe on the day the box arrived and, for someone who doesnt really do cooking, it came out brilliantly. Even my semi fussy 10 year old woofed it down. Looking forward to trying the next 3 recipes. Everything arrived in good condition and fresh. I came to do the subscription boxes as I am currently caring for a very ill husband, we have a child and Im working so dont have the time for a lot of cooking, shopping or meal planning so this is an absolutely game changer for me and I would definitely recommend.

Rapidly gone downhill price increasing is not value for money anymore or the Service! 3 meals 55 quid not value for money! Constantly failed deliveries as well! Enough is enough BYE.

Have been using Gousto for a while now and like many others recently we??ve had issues with Yodel delivery. Last night it didn??t arrived until 11.10pm. It??s supposed to be delivered by 7pm but sometimes we get a delivery slot between7pm and 9pm, then the Yodel app changes from delivering today to we have your parcel and then there is no way of knowing when it??s going to arrive. Sometimes they just dump it and we have to check outside because the app doesn??t update straight away. I know this is a courier issue but Goustos customer support is rubbish. They always confirm the same thing that they??ll escalate it but never confirm what they??re actually going to do about it or they say ??sometimes there are unexpected delays?? but when we??ve questioned the drivers they just say they??ve had a lot of deliveries I have confirmed that if this continues then I won??t be carrying on my subscription but seems like others are having the same issue and nothing being done about it. Other than that I do find the recipes tasty and convenient but the ingredients aren??t always fresh and are packaged, or maybe handled, poorly which means the ingredients are a bit battered by the time they arrive. Sounds like they??re not as good as they used to be which is a shame but more of a shame that they don??t seem to be interested in sorting out issues. For any replies from Gousto on here either provide a helpful response and explain or don??t bother. Especially don??t reply with the useless response of ??this is certainly not experience we wish for you, Id really like to discuss your comments further, so could I ask you please click this link. Started off really good. Nothing missing, new exciting meals to cook. Last week of the discount and we??re deciding whether to start to pay full price. We decide to go for it, after all we enjoying it.Unfortunately this is when it changed. Sunday delivery, ready for meals Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Arrived at 1130 just before we were about to go out. checked off the ingredients like usual and had 17 items missing.After 20 minutes on the online chat we were offered 8 compensation. Told them it wasn??t good enough, after all we didn??t have a single meal that could be made fully. Then offered 1 meal compensation, which was about 12, then 24. Told them no as I either wanted a fully refund and return it, or the ingredients sending out. They said that this was all they could do. So I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me a number to call.I felt that I was not been unreasonable, as I pay for the convenience and after all I can??t go out and buy 5g of ingredients as they send out.I rang the number and after another 20 minutes she said that she would refund the full box. I asked for email confirmation for this which I have jet to receive, 5 hours later.I just think it??s a real shame as we happy with it, but instead of the convenience I have had to spend over a hour sorting it out and still have to go out and purchase the missing items. We have now lost confidence with them and would not be using them again

Used to use Gousto and enjoyed it, however since getting the recipes for one it has been a lot more difficult. The recipes dont give instructions for 1 person, so there is a lot of guess work, for example when you have to measure water for a sauce, there is no telling if youre supposed to half the measurement, or continue with the amount stated. Similarly, if you have to boil water for rice for example it only tells you the time it needs if it was for a minimum of two people, but if youve halved the amount of water the time will have changed too. A lot of guess work. So am I being sent the same spices that a box for two people would receive? Feels a bit like theyve been quite lazy.

I received the ingredients for sweet potato nancos. This included two sweet potatos. The sweet potatos were very small and not enough to feed four. I emailed to complain and was told that appetites vary. Well no, in this case the the sweet potatoes were too small. I have cancelled my subscription purely based on your customer service.

Dont deliver to my area. Really irritating when only some of the UK are able to access this service, especially when I can get food shipped from other companies next day without issue. Stop leaving out rural households!
