I would recommend Gousto to anybody, so easy to follow the cooking instructions on the sheets, really tasty meals and good quality products. The only thing that I have really not liked with the past few boxes, which is kinda my fault... I kept forgetting to pick my meals for the following week by the deadline, and for two weeks running the 4 meals out of 5 have all been heavy pasta dishes, also 4 out of 5 meals were all prawn dishes! No option to change these once the order has been placed, even though there is another three days until my order is due to arrive... For my last order, I had started choosing but then got side tracked. It would be great if these choices were saved in the gousto app, or it sent you a notification if you have started choosing but not completed your order yet.

My previous box never arrived. No explanation as to why or where it went . Only an issue with Yodel who never even bothered to contact me ! No explanation again ! Disappointed to not try the recipes i had selected, the Inconvenience of then having to go out and buy some shopping so I had food to eat . Not a great experience.

Bought a box from here after getting a discount code from a friend. Got a notification to say the box had been delivered but the photo of it was on the street outside my neighbours house, who is on holiday. Went outside and the box was not there. Knocked all the neighbours and nobody had it. Live chatted Gousto and spoke to Nonhlanhla A who told me the issue had been raised and I would be contacted within a few hours. Nothing. Contacted them again and spoke with Jirih Antonette J who after an hour told me it would be 24 hours before anything could be looked into as the order had been delivered within 3 feet. He then continued to ask me to TAKE A PHOTO OF MY FRONT DOOR to prove it was a different house. The photo literally had a different number on it to mine. He then asked me to confirm my address to make sure it wasn??t the same. I then asked to speak to a manager and he told me I needed to call so I did. I then spoke to don on the phone for a further 20 minutes who told me I couldn??t speak to a manager but he would raise a call back and I??d get a call back within 2448 hours. He then ended the call with ??hopefully they??ll call you?. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

I didnt complete my order but Giusto have advised they are sending two meals for one to me at a cost of 25.48 I contacted customer service who offered me 5.00 credit but no explanation why this order had been sent although I never completed it. They were not in the least bit interested in trying o help or find out what went wrong. I will not be recommending this company to anyone nor be using them again.

Food quality was okay, vegetables were often gone past there best and short dates on any meat.Had three deliveries not turn up, then having to go shopping late in the evening to get food in for a week of dinners.Needless to say cancelled my account because they won??t send out another box the next day

I was charged over 30 for an order I didnt place. I contacted them and was told you have to cancel your subscription and cancel the boxes! Be careful people, they will take your money very quickly if you do not make sure to cancel both. Ive been told the money will get refunded but if not it will be straight to the ombudsman with me. Oink oink, very greedy company.

Always a pleasure to receive my weekly box I never have to worry what I should have for dinner or whether I have all the ingredients. We??ve had some amazing meals and made sauces and Yorkshire puddings from scrap, something I never thought I??d do. There??s a huge variety and good quality ingredients. I don??t think I??ll ever stop using Gousto thank you ?

Skipped this weeks box before the stated deadline BUT just discovered they took the money yesterday.eventually found a phone number and been told I should get my money back in 10 to 15 days.why when its gustos mistake .I will be cancelling further boxes untill I receive my money.Not good service at all.

Absolutely never again, first and last time. I cancelled order 6 days before due and it still arrived, and it??s the first time ordering I was expecting the ingredients in neat individual boxes separated by each mealAnd they basically just throw them all in, my brain can??t deal with this thrown it all in the bin , rubbish. Cancelled subscription

Started off great , last 2 months 6 deliveries have fail to arrive , the last one was the last straw , we have family coming to stay I ordered two boxes ,apparently they got delivered to the wrong depot ! But this is just the last in a long line of excuses , plus the veg is getting smaller all the time . Personally I think the silly policy of letting the couriers dispose of the goods is a stupid idea and I think some of these boxes are taken home by the couriers . Unfortunately we will have to cancel , this company really needs to get someone smart in charge or it??s going to go out of business.

The recipes are good, but those are available online pretty easily. When the boxes work, theyre brilliant, but given that lots of people will use recipe boxes to alleviate stress at busy times, the customer service response to missing and damaged ingredients isnt really good enough. Weve just had a box turn up with one ingredient spilled all over the rest of the contents of the box, rending at least one of the recipes unusable until weve made the trip to the supermarket we were trying to avoid. Customer service offered us 9 credit off our next order. Thats not good enough it would cost nigh on 9 to drive to the supermarket and replace the immediately impacted ingredients. This would defeat the point of buying the box in the first place for us and turn it into a very expensive set of recipe cards. In addition to this, washing veg and salad products before storage may well shorten their shelf life, so it remains to be seen whether other ingredients will be suitable for use later in the week.With pressing, the CS rep agreed to refund the 9 rather than apply it as credit. Not totally satisfied that it refunds the value lost, but at least its no longer a hook to make us order again from a company who dont seem to treat existing customers very well.

I got all the ingredients this time. Been missing chicken stock twice now. Some vegetables are poor .Broken carrots. Thinnest spring onion I have ever seen. Not worth eating. Brown onion near rotting.

I have had several weeks now, the first week went well, then it was down hill from then on, slowly getting worse, items squashed and unusable, then had almost a complete order of out of date items, some of the items looked like they died days before. Recipe cards wet and no good to keep. items with no use by date. Sent them photos of the items and barely got refunded, after 6 weeks, i called them, told would get refunded when they got the photos, only got 3 refunded, dreadful company. I have cancelled my subscription On top of this let down, i checked my bank and you are trying to charge me for a delivery which has been skipped and account closed

I have been using Gousto for around two years. It has helped me on my weight loss journey as the meals state the total calories so it makes life easy. There is a huge choice of meals to choose from whatever your diet is. As I only cook for myself, it??s also value for money as I buy three meals eat half of it, save the rest for the next day which works out roughly 35 which I think would be difficult to create such a tasty weeks worth of dinners myself. You can also choose meals that are quick to prepare which I use for weekdays. I can easily skip a week if I??m away, the delivery is always reliable too. I really cannot recommend Gousto enough, I can??t see myself ever going back to a weekly shop! Thanks Gousto!

Customer service some of the worst experienced. This is clearly common feedback and not taken into account . Last three weeks box either not come or come at 9pm at night which is completely useless. The customer service is beyond unhelpful . Reached end of tether with them now will not be using again and would warn others against using . Use yodel as delivery who are equally as bad as gusto

Great meals and choices!If theres been any issues veg unusable refunds are easy so you can get out to buy it yourself.Knocked 1 star off as sometimes ingredients have been mixed up and its thrown off a planned meal

Absolutely horrendous company and customer service. AVOID!!!The day of delivery of the box was moved without any warning or notification from Gousto. This meant that I did not get a chance to choose which recipes I wanted. The system then automatically chose 4 fish recipes 3 of which were basa out of 5 recipes in total.This was clearly a glitch in Goustos own system, as I am now stuck with a weeks worth of recipes that all have the same main ingredient!!! When I contacted customer service the person on the phone couldnt have been less interested. They simply claimed over and over again that the automatic recipe allocation was determined by my preferences. Well never have I ordered 4 identical fish recipes in previous boxes.Avoid this awful company that treats customers like an inconvenience and doesnt take responsibility when their useless system doesnt operate properly.
