Great service from Taylor and Jacob

First class service

I have had many negative experiences with hiring cars in the past due to hidden costs and high pressure sales so generally dread it however rental from VWFS rent-a-car was a breath of fresh airI booked on line which was very straight forward and got exactly what I wantedOn collection day I met extremely helpful, friendly and efficient staff who very quickly sorted paperwork and got me into my vehicle. No hard sell no unnecessary insurances just a delight to deal with Returning the vehicle was extremely efficient and just as easy Why can'? ? ?t others follow their way and deliver a customer experience as first class as VWFS rent-a-car doHighly recommended

A car for one day

well I needed the car for one day. didn't book in advance, no deposit. Met Jacob and Taylor who provided the BEST service I ever had regarding car rentals. straight contract, easily explained and the car was ready to go. I felt that their service was to genually help us out. great work , very happy with the service and keep it up.

Campervan rental

We recently rented a California for a weeks trip around Scotland. The experience couldn'? ? ?t have been any easier. Dave and the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The California drive just like a large SUV so was no trouble at all to drive on the small narrow roads of Scotland. Also the campervan was all kitted out with all the day to day essentials you needed for a trip. From cutlery to a kettle. Will definitely be hiring again soon as already planning our next trip away.
