It'? ? ?s been an amazing first experience with VWFS. I booked a van at the very last moment, and although one wasn'? ? ?t available, Craig went above and beyond to help. He even replied to my email late at night around 11PM and managed to arrange a showroom van for me, which was completely unexpected.From start to finish, Craig was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. When I went to collect the van, the process was quick and stress-free. At the time of return, he told me that if I ever need anything in the future, I should just give him a call and he'? ? ?d look after it, that really stood out to me.It'? ? ?s rare to find that level of personal care these days, and Craig genuinely made the whole experience effortless. I'? ? ?ll definitely be coming back to VWFS, and I can'? ? ?t recommend Craig highly enough.
Great Service! Thanks to Michael for his extra mile support. Online booking was easy and picking up is simple with extra time to check and understand features of the vehicles. Vehicles was really good condition. Returning car was simple and straight forward process, will definitely be renting with them again.

Meghan took over from Kinza some time ago and is continuing to build the Liverpool branch reputation for amazing customer service. We currently have a long-term rental in place, and Meghan has been looking after us every step of the way, implementing a fabulous deal with an impressive car. The experience we all have with national brands can very much depend on the personality, responsiveness, and friendly manner of the staff we deal with, and Meghan is a great example of why this matters.
