My go to for car rental in the UK

This is the second time I have rented from Watford and the service and the manager Richard is everything you could want from a rental car service. Over last 2 years I have rented cars from VWFS and have always enjoyed the experience. Wish they were available in Australia as I would use them all the time. Will definitely be renting a car from them when I'? ? ?m back in the UK on my next holiday roadtrip.

Trip away in camper

We were handed over the van by Roy who was amazing, very professional and went above and beyond to help at any point. The van itself wasn'? ? ?t clean and Roy noticed this straight away, ensuring we were made comfortable but dealt with it straight away. We also found the '? ? ?how to'? ? ? videos useful as well as the demonstrations.

Excellent and straight forward service

Excellent and straight forward service. Car was waiting at the garage that was completing work on my car. Did most paperwork in advance which enabled me to literally go from one to the other. Couldn't ask for much more.

Outstanding service
