Really simple to rent a car

Really simple to rent a car. Clyde was really helpful and made the process really easy. I rented a Golf R line for a 3 day trip to Cornwall and it was amazing to drive. Will definitely consider using the rent a car service from VWFS - west London again.

California Ocean T7 Roadtrip!

Great experience from start to finish! My partner, our 18-month-old, and I hired the California Ocean T7 for 2 weeks travelling around Europe and had the best time, making unforgettable memories. The camper was a dream to drive, smooth and comfortable. The space exceeded our expectations, even with a toddler on board, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make life on the road easy. The kitchen, storage, and sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for us, and the setup/pack-down was quick and simple. Customer service was excellent throughout, from booking to drop-off, and we felt fully supported the whole time. We can'? ? ?t recommend it enough for anyone wanting a hassle-free, family-friendly adventure.

Delivered a fantastic service.

A great experience and also painless.We were the first customers to use the VW TP van, so it was immaculate with barely any miles on it. From beginning to end the communication was fantastic from the Team, they were very friendly and helpful, the rates are also extremely competitive. The handover itself was excellent, and everything was explained fully to us.I highly recommend using their services, and will definitely be using again.Thank you VWFS Rent-a-Car

Great service, Great cars

Great service, Great cars, what more can I say. Needed a hire car, whilst mine was in the garage being diagnosed and repaired. Hired a car for a total of 3 weeks, with no issues whatsoever.

Immaculate cars. Excellent service

I have used Citigate twice now to hire cars. Friendly, helpful and responsive service makes the reservation paperwork easy. The cars have been in immaculate condition and they drive excellently. It was almost a shame I had to hand them back.
