We have been hiring cars from Johnsons '? ? ?VFWS Rent-a-Car'? ? ? [Liverpool] for a very long time and have enjoyed excellent, friendly professional service from its rental managers, past and present, Kinza Tligui and Meghan Sedgwick. Meghan took over from Kinza some time ago and is continuing to build the Liverpool branch reputation for amazing customer service. We currently have a long-term rental in place, and Meghan has been looking after us every step of the way, implementing a fabulous deal with an impressive car. The experience we all have with national brands can very much depend on the personality, responsiveness, and friendly manner of the staff we deal with, and Meghan is a great example of why this matters. This is the kind of service that will keep us coming back for more in the future.

Not certain that I entered the travel information for the four of us correctly. Each entry had to accompany the three other traveler'???s information and that seemed redundant having already entered the four travelers initially. However, getting into the country at the airport was very easy and quick by avoiding the kiosks.

Fast delivery but badly made replacement straps with the pilot hole and the actual screw hole being significantly off-centred which means that unless you have a small rounded diamond file you will be unable to use the replacement as the screw won'???t securely attach the piece to the watch.
