Review Time
Ive submitted 1583 form to be able to send letters on May 26th, 2025. The Customer support told be to wait. Since then, the customer support has not been replying to any of my requests on WHEN the form will be added so that I can finally send my letters. Im filing support tickets, email them - total ignore. The trick is that every week is an extra $ for storage. The 3 letters will not cost me over 140 USD extra if i ever going to send them. I understand everything except total IGNORE from customer support.
Didn't get my package yet. Will update the review once I get it. The process is pretty clear so far. Pictures of the packages on every stage. However, the design of the website is unclear and unintuitive, reminds me of those websites from early 2000s. Support isn't eager to help with the issues, although responds fairly quickly. They cannot issue a tax invoice, which is a minus for me.
Dane buying from US.Amazon was unable to deliver, so Shipito to the rescue - honestly i was not expecting anything going in besides issues and possibly eve ngettign scammed.I gotta say though it was super easy and the service was as it should be and the process was really fast.The only complaint is US to DK shipping costs which was ~90 USD followed by another ~40 USD not including taxes for "handling" of taxes and import.Let me add that shipping to Shipito and from Shipito to DK beat Amazon on time even with Amazon having an 8-day lead. Though Amazons shipping is 1/10th the cost.
