Paid for shipping, got cancelled because it was a dog collar.Got reimbursed incorrectly and had to use a shipping method 4 times the price.Will not use again, the fact that it cost 4 times the price to ship a piece of plastic just because I'm putting it on a pet is a scam.
I'? ? ?ve been a loyal Shipito customer for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust.I received a parcel that was missing 2 items. My order included 3 hair bands, and Shipito'? ? ?s own photo of the opened parcel clearly shows that only 1 band was actually packed! The other 2, which appear in the pre-packing photo on the table, were never placed in the box.I contacted customer service expecting a basic investigation '? ? ? perhaps the missing items had simply been misplaced. Instead, I was met with robotic and dismissive replies, refusing to acknowledge their own photographic evidence.This lack of accountability is unacceptable. It suggests either gross negligence or a serious flaw (or worse...) in their internal processes, where items can go missing in their warehouse and the company takes no responsibility.If your items go missing, don'? ? ?t expect help '? ? ? even if the evidence is on their own system.
