Not clear info on delivery price before

Not clear info on delivery price before ordering. in the end it was 30% higher than amazon shipping...and i had to choose the cheapest option without tracking and insurance to even get that price. Will not use again.

Bad shipping policy

Paid for shipping, got cancelled because it was a dog collar.Got reimbursed incorrectly and had to use a shipping method 4 times the price.Will not use again, the fact that it cost 4 times the price to ship a piece of plastic just because I'm putting it on a pet is a scam.

My cast iron arrived chipped. The box is badly crushed. I have used shippingxpress, forward2me, myus.com. All of them came in good condition except for the parcel from shipito

Clear Evidence of Missing Items, but No Accountability from Shipito

I'? ? ?ve been a loyal Shipito customer for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust.I received a parcel that was missing 2 items. My order included 3 hair bands, and Shipito'? ? ?s own photo of the opened parcel clearly shows that only 1 band was actually packed! The other 2, which appear in the pre-packing photo on the table, were never placed in the box.I contacted customer service expecting a basic investigation '? ? ? perhaps the missing items had simply been misplaced. Instead, I was met with robotic and dismissive replies, refusing to acknowledge their own photographic evidence.This lack of accountability is unacceptable. It suggests either gross negligence or a serious flaw (or worse...) in their internal processes, where items can go missing in their warehouse and the company takes no responsibility.If your items go missing, don'? ? ?t expect help '? ? ? even if the evidence is on their own system. A truly disappointing experience, and I will be looking for an alternative service. What a shame !!!**UPDATE 1** I'? ? ?ve been a loyal Shipito customer for over 12 years. Like other reviewers, I agree that the shipping costs are high, but I'? ? ?ve always viewed the service as a bit of a luxury'? ? ?something I choose to use occasionally because of the convenience.That said, I really hope the team is able to locate the 2 missing items from my recent shipment (total value: $45 USD). I raised a support ticket a few days ago and am still waiting for a positive resolution. Given my long history with Shipito, I HOPE this will be handled appropriately.**UPDATE 2** '? ? ? But I'? ? ?ll be more cautious, as I remain concerned about the possibility of something going wrong again!
