Review Time
I made my first order and didn't understand why I paid really expensive shipping for half a kilo, but I paid because I didn't know, and then I realized it was because the packaging was large. I contacted customer service and didn't receive any disappointing treatment or compensation from them.
Honestly? I'm pretty satisfied. The shipment took maybe 2-3 days at most from California to Central Europe, which really surprised me. I understand that this company needs to earn money too, which is why the shipping was pretty expensive, at least to me. But then again, I don't know how much alternatives would charge. I was informed very quickly regarding the arrival of the item and thought it to be very easy to fill out the documents needed online. I only needed one item to be shipped to me, but I can see myself using their service again, should the time come. I'm happy with them!
