I purchased the DHL 2 to 5 business days service. The package was shipped on June 27th. I received an email that says estimated delivery date is July 11th. That is unacceptable.

Lost one of my packages - zero compensation or refunds

Lost one of my packages. Offered no compensation, still charged me fully for receiving the package and processing it. I am only still using them because I had packages already expected. Would switch to a competitor in a heartbeat.
