Terrible customer service

Ive submitted 1583 form to be able to send letters on May 26th, 2025. The Customer support told be to wait. Since then, the customer support has not been replying to any of my requests on WHEN the form will be added so that I can finally send my letters. Im filing support tickets, email them - total ignore. The trick is that every week is an extra $ for storage. The 3 letters will not cost me over 140 USD extra if i ever going to send them. I understand everything except total IGNORE from customer support.
