Needed to change my booking (a couple of times) got through to Mitch! He was very helpful and sorted everything out for me! Also gave me a good discount and was very helpful when needed to cancel my cruise! Website is easy to use , prices are reasonable
Excellent prices and no issues using the website to book but booking confirmation showed my name as passenger one and two, when I asked them ro correct the mistake they charged me '? ?75! Also emails re the trip are addressed to my husband and he isn't going on the trip! Think Seascanner need to sort their IT out.REPLY TO SEASCANNER ANSWERThe '? ?75 has now been refunded however the cruise was most certainly not booked in the name of Michael Williamson, although he has been the named 2nd passenger on previous cruises booked through Seascanner.
Had to make a change to our booking, took about 25 minutes to get through on the phone but once answered the lady called Shannon that I spoke to was so friendly and helpful with making the amendment and sent through all the new details via email as discussed. She even gave us some tips for our forthcoming cruise which she had also been on herself.Wouldn'???t hesitate to book with Seascanner again, they seem to quite often offer the best prices so are great value for money too.
