Made a booking with Angelina for an MSC cruise. Needed to book as a family - 2 separate cabins and couldn'???t do it as one booking in MSC. Also had specific dates and requirements and was struggling to find something to tick all the boxes. Angelina was incredibly helpful and patient - she spent days researching the different options for us and helped us find the perfect holiday - then linked the bookings when we made them. The price was far more competitive than booking any other way - really pleased with Seascanner'???s service - Angelina'???s help, advice, patience and support were fantastic.
This is the first time I'???ve used Seascanner, although I'???ve always noticed they seem to offer good deals. After booking we needed to apply future cruise deposits and upgrade our cabin, which they like you to do via their website. I thought it would be a painful process not talking to anyone, but they were quick to respond and all changes were processed quickly . So far so good.
