Third time I have booked MSC cruise

Third time I have booked MSC cruise through Seascanner and always good service. This coming cruise I checked in online but did not get the option of bed consideration, so I contacted Seascanner for advice and Dawn had it sorted in less than 48 hours. Thanks again Dawn.

Naomi was incredible

Naomi was incredible. I was having troubles filling in check in details with MSC and after waiting a little while in the call queue Naomi answered and tried herself and it still wasn'???t working so she was straight on the phone with MSC and I received my Boarding passes and luggage labels same day.

Great customer service

I have to say Seascanner customer support have worked really hard to follow up on my special requirements with MSC. It wasn'???t easy but they kept me updated and resolved my issue. Shannon and Joanne were really helpful!
