Joanne at Seascanner has been wonderful! I inititally emailed on Sunday and didn't expect to hear back until Monday but she replied on Sunday. I had a lot of questions and due to Joanne's quick, efficient replies, I decided to book through Seascanner. Great to have such good, reliable customer service. I won't hesitate to recommend Seascanner to friends who may be looking for a cruise in the future.
Liz from Seascanner customer service dealt with a couple of minor issues that we had with a booking in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. We'???ve used Seascanner in the last couple of years for booking MSC cruises, as they are definitely unbeatable for pricing.
We booked our second cruise with them as the first time it was great service and great price. We decided to upgrade and dealt with Mitch, he couldn't have been more helpful. I had a fantastic experience today ! I booked the wrong date in error for my cruise in May 2025. I quickly emailed seascanner to explain the situation . Within 24 hours I received an email from Sharon in the customer services team. She sorted it out for me , changed the date to my preferred date, didn'???t charge the '? ?25 and actually got me the cabin that I asked for . Sharon you are a massive super star . Seascanner always offers a great price and having them search multiple offers takes the stress out of the whole booking experience. If I find a good deal, I always check direct with the cruise line, but seascanner are tough to beat. Their customer service is always efficient and friendly. I have used them twice now and will continue to do so. '????
