I had a fantastic experience today ! I booked the wrong date in error for my cruise in May 2025. I quickly emailed seascanner to explain the situation . Within 24 hours I received an email from Sharon in the customer services team. She sorted it out for me , changed the date to my preferred date, didn'???t charge the '? ?25 and actually got me the cabin that I asked for . Sharon you are a massive super star .
