I spoke to Liz at Seascanner customer service today as unfortunately due to health issues I had to move my cruise to next year. OMG this lady is an ANGEL a lovely lovely friendly helpful lady who I cannot thank her enough for her help, support and kindness to my situation.This lady is an absolute credit to Seascanner.I only wish the lady at my holiday insurance company could have been like her!!Thank you with all my heart Liz for what you have done for me xx
Excellent service received from Erin, would definitely recommend. Have booked multiple cruises with sea scanner and the service has always been excellent. They are extremely competitive and have always worked out much cheaper than booking direct with the cruise company.
It is a scam! They will charge you 80% of the cost as "deposit", telling you to pay the rest of 20% later without giving you any payment details. Then at some point they will claim you are late with your payment and your order is automatically cancelled and all your paid deposit belong to them!
This is my first booking with seascanner I had a problem booking in with Ambassador cruise line on there app , so I sent a massage on line to seascanner and thanks to Shannon all sorted no problem thanks Shannon great service when you need it.
