We were due to go on a cruise, but due to illness we unable to travel on the date we had booked. We contacted Seascanners and asked if we could reschedule our cruise for a later date,we spoke to LIZ at Scanners and she was very understanding and helpful,and after a few emails had it completely re-booked, superb service thanks again Liz for all your hard work.
