Review Time
So far so many issues. Each day another rears its head. Booked and paid in full as it'???s under 50 days until the cruise. Then asked for more money the next day. Now unable to sync up the booking to be able to check in and complete the API. After several emails I'???ve had to contact Ambassador directly to sort this out. Never had an issue when booking direct only via Seascanner.Edited after response from Seascanner:I did phone the number but was told on recorded message unless urgent to email instead. So I did that. When the urgency increase ie. Threatening emails from seascanner to have my cruise cancelled unless I paid this erroneous extra payment asap I did call but was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone. They told me it was due to them adding a discount (which didn'???t happen as the codes don'???t work for ambassador cruises) then the computer getting confused and asking for that discount again. I didn'???t need an excuse just needed it fixing. Even though they agreed no further payment was due. Once they removed the request for payment I was told my issue with the API would rectify itself within the hour. It didn'???t. It was a further few days waiting for an email response to the first email sent, then a back and too that took much longer than needed then fobbed off to go and speak to Ambassador direct. Which I'???d done in the interim as I'???d grown fed up of the lack of progress with seascanner direct. Ambassador state to speak to the TA if not booked direct, but seen as seascanner were passing the blame back and to they did fix it for me eventually. Then seascanner tried and claimed the result like they were the one to fix it days after. No it took a whole load of effort and stress from me with little help from you guys, sadly.
Thank you to Dawn at Seascanner UK, she gave an immediate response to my email query re cabin location.She had to check my query with others but was back with an answer to my query in less than 24 hours.This is my 2nd booking with Seascanner and I am extremely happy with the customer service received.
Timely & concise response to queries. We did not know there is a customer support until I came across it by chance since Seascanner is an online platform. So we tried this customer support and lol and behold it works. Thank you Mitch.
