Made the mistake of misspelling my

Made the mistake of misspelling my email address on the booking form. A couple of quick email's and all sorted now. Excellent service. (Thanks Liz).

Would not allow me to book 2 cabins at

Would not allow me to book 2 cabins at the same time. Consequently I needed up with cabins on different decks. Seascanner were unable to resolve this. when I questioned why I could not book cabins in one booking they informed me it was a Celebrity Cruise booking system condition. I enquired onboard and found this to be totaly untrue.

After using Seascanner many times, my latest booking did not disappoint. Dawn booked my cruise with ease, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The price is always better than other companies and even going direct to the cruise line! I know the after service will be just as good too, thank you Dawn for making my cruise booking so enjoyable!

Very easy to use

Very easy to use although some of the direct replies are not always detailed in answering questions. This said, always prompt replies and helpful as an agent. They do need to confer with the cruise lines which can be a little frustrating but, at least the replies are correct facts about the booking.

Since our visa application has not been

Since our visa application has not been approved, at the beginning, we just applied for delayed payment with a trying attitude, but unexpectedly succeeded. I'm extremely grateful to Liz and her team for their help. They are very easy to communicate with and extremely enthusiastic!
