This voip phone provider company is full of Morons . The staff are Rude, Ignorant & don'???t have a brain cell between themFine when i contact them, as I was thinking of moving my a new provider., offer you a good rate, all good, Until you say you have to think about it, I have been with my provider for over 12yrs. So I'???m not just jumping ship, it was an enquiry.. The ENGLISH based customer service lady ramped the pressure up like crazy. Hard sell was not the word.. I stuck to my guns and said, I would call back, She was no. Should would call me later that day, I needed to transfer my number, I said again. I had to think about it and I would call back and said buy. Then the calls started, They have at least 7 numbers that show up when they call you back, I had the original one calling along side numerous ones from South Africa. When I asked them to REMOVE my number, they laughed, Gave it 20 minutes and called again. I have now called and spoke to a SO CALLED manager and she said they would remove my number. Still in South Africa Steer clear and save yourself the stress, when you are working you don'???t need it all day
Shocking Customer Service! Having been an bOnline customer for over 6 years, I expected better treatment. My company phone contract recently ended, so I decided to call them and inform them that I will not be extending for another year. I Google to find their customer service number, which is shown as 02036179950, however, the number does not work. The system was telling me I was dialling the incorrect number. So I opted for the chat instead. The lady from the chat billing department whom I was talking to, again, gave me the same number; she even had a go at me, challenging me if I was calling the correct number. I used my wife's mobile phone to video record the call attempt and sent her a recording. Challenging arrogance ended there. What bothers me the most is the fact that my contract came to an end; however, I am being challenged as to why I am closing down my account! Not only did I have to explain that I am closing down my company, but she also requested that I continue using the number. They won't let you leave and will grab onto you as tightly as they can to persuade you to stay and continue paying for their services. All in all, I've wasted an hour & nothing was achieved! WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
