This voip phone provider company is full of Morons . The staff are Rude, Ignorant & don'???t have a brain cell between themFine when i contact them, as I was thinking of moving my a new provider., offer you a good rate, all good, Until you say you have to think about it, I have been with my provider for over 12yrs. So I'???m not just jumping ship, it was an enquiry.. The ENGLISH based customer service lady ramped the pressure up like crazy. Hard sell was not the word.. I stuck to my guns and said, I would call back, She was no. Should would call me later that day, I needed to transfer my number, I said again. I had to think about it and I would call back and said buy. Then the calls started, They have at least 7 numbers that show up when they call you back, I had the original one calling along side numerous ones from South Africa. When I asked them to REMOVE my number, they laughed, Gave it 20 minutes and called again. I have now called and spoke to a SO CALLED manager and she said they would remove my number. Still in South Africa Steer clear and save yourself the stress, when you are working you don'???t need it all day
