The best customer service from Bonline

fantastic customer service from Bonline as usual. Credit to the company. Melita new what she was talking about, and dealt with my query in the most efficient way.What i like the most with Bonline is that the support team they take the calls quickly. Unacceptable

Unacceptable. I've been trying to cancel my plan for 3 months now and they're always stalling and forwarding the email to the responsible department. In fact, it's an irresponsible department that doesn't want to solve other people's problems. This is my last attempt to solve the problem. You take away the customer's right to continue or not to use the services. I give this company a "0" rating.

For the last one month

For the last one month, we have been losing customers, due to the company moving onto a new server voip 3.0 Their engineers spent alot of time to sort it out, but their servers are not programmed properly. Their engineers sound like they know what their doing, but they seem to be making excuses, just to hide the companies technical problems. They make multiple excuses, like (1) the phones we use are not compatible, so we should purchase new phones. I had to buy another phone which they have recommended and even that cannot be connected (2) then they tell me that the internet router is locked by the provider 3 mobile, so we should call 3 mobile and have the router unlocked. (3) our internet keeps shutting off, so the signal is interrupted and the phone will not connect. (4) the voip phone base unit is not responding, so they cannot connect it to their serversWe have told them to put us back on the old server and they keep making excuses.We have lost alot of customers because of them.

After a slight hiccup when transferring

After a slight hiccup when transferring over to B Online (not their fault) the service they have provided has been first class. When I couldn't get a second hand set synced I was guided through the process pain free and plenty of understanding at my lack of IT knowledge by the engineer. They are a top firm
