Review Time
Unacceptable. I've been trying to cancel my plan for 3 months now and they're always stalling and forwarding the email to the responsible department. In fact, it's an irresponsible department that doesn't want to solve other people's problems. This is my last attempt to solve the problem. You take away the customer's right to continue or not to use the services. I give this company a "0" rating.
Bonline are very helpful. Give them a ring and they sort it out pretty quickly. None of this sitting in queues for 40 minutes you get with other providers. A lot of people in the call centre are from South Africa judging by their accents. Very polite people. :-)
Had a billing issue and technical issue, both of which needed addressing. Spoke with Nthabiseng M, who was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful...making sure she could deal with both issues rather than pass me around various others. Still awaiting the tech resolution, but nothing too serious. Actually found the whole 'help' experience a refreshing chnge - almost enjoyable!
Lejuan was very helpful, understanding and patience with me in regards to the upgrade. Having experience my last upgrade with Bonline ( the upgrade only went to around 20 mbps, I was expecting twice as much which was offered, but the clause did state up to 80mbps) the upgrade didn't reach my expectation so I wasn't comfortable with the current upgrade offer.I explained this to Lejuan who was very understanding and patience with me. Very happy with the service she provided but not comfortable with Bonline, just waiting for my contract to end.
