This company is the worst company in the world. They promised me my landline for my new business will be working on 1st May, then 7th May, then 12th May and then 19th May. Every single day when that date ofcourse they come out with randomNonsense of why this has not been done! Cost me thousands of pounds with no phone line in my new business. Their customer service team is shocking. I call them 5 times a day and still they can'???t solve this problem. A scam company and I definetly do not reccomend. I own a pharmacy and they have destroyed the reputation of my new business with their lies. No businesses should come to these. Stick to BT or the main phone lines even if you have to pay double or triple the price because these guys will cost you thousands of pounds by making you have no phones for weeks. Shocking that this company still exists. Needs to close down asap. Horrendous experience
