I should have listened to the 1 and 2 star reviews. This company has turned into a ripoff company. They have a vendor who is selling Microsoft Office 2024. The item arrives and, without disclosing, is an Internet version for students and licensed to some company I have never heard of. To add insult to injury, when you try to get a refund, they refer you to the company, who refer you back to Groupon. Then the replies, to your email request for a refund, start coming and coming and coming. Do this do that but never a resolution. The final straw, after the vendor acknowledged that I didnt get what I ordered and that Groupon was responsible, was they would turn it over to their resolution team and I should hear something in about 7 days. In the interim, I get promotional emails, from Groupon two or three times a day promoting the vendor selling the same product. I have initiated a chargeback. Please do not buy from them before reading the 1 and 2star reviews. Oh, yes, I will get the standard reply letter to this review but I guarantee they will do NOTHING. The standard reply is just to try and cover their corrupt company. Ask yourself, how do they even know my situation that they are going to continue working on? I just posted my first name and initial. They have absolutely no idea who I am.

You once cancelled a show and I had to miss it. Now I accidentally bought a show and saw 2 minuites later it was an error and you said sorry, no refund or rebate now I paid for four tickets for Lion King which were empty for the show! Terrible customer service. I contacted live chat and emailed Groupon to resolve an issue with a link they sent me. They do not read or understand your questions but seem to just send preprepared answers that have no relation to what you are asking.They also tried to fob me off telling me to change browsers, wait an amount of time and try again ... none of that worked. Why cant they just send me the correct link again?Absolutely useless customer service. Extremely frustrating to deal with. You get the feeling they dont know very much, they dont listen at all and they dont even really care.Edit update ... the above is for Groupon UK

Polite staff. The hairdresser cut well and blow dried well, but unfortunately didn??t listen carefully during the consultation about dying my hair. I had specifically asked not to see any more grey hair, but in my opinion, he was very focused on highlights. The end result, unfortunately, showed some grey at the hairline. He offered to dye the hairline as well, but at an additional cost. He should have dyed my hair from the start!

I would like my refund for a service I have not received. I have waited three months over the date I was due to have received it by. Customer Service are enjoying goading me. I would never recommend Groupon to anyone as they do not reimburse people when they cannot get what they pay for.UPDATE 60224Sunil, I have been in contact with the service department for FOUR MONTHS. NO ONE IS GIVING ME A REFUND. EXPLAIN ON HERE WHY NOT?

If you really have a problem, you will not find easy opportunities to get in contact with Groupon. Also the things necessary for a refund make it very unattractive. Not the best way to treat costumers.
