I had a terrible experience with this purchase from Groupon for a massage with July Spa Beauty Berlin Below I account for the service the Spa provided and Groupon took no action against the vendor but firstly asked me to confirm I didn??t receive the service to get a refund and then to add insult to injury offered me a 20 credit of the purchase price, leaving me with no choice but to accept. This simply promotes bad service for future customers from this vendor July Spa Beauty in Berlin.Here is what happened at the SpaI have had a terrible experience on 8 October 2023. I called in advance of my appointment to confirm the time and the owner who answered the call asked me to come 30 mins late as they had double booked. When I came half an hour later she refused to acknowledge that we spoke and then still proceeded to continue with my appointment. 20 mins into my appointment she comes into the room and tells me that the masseuse has to stop as I came late and their next customer was there. the masseuse stoped and walked off. I changed and spoke to her after and she said I was lying that I didn??t call and I was late. I called her on the same number secretly and she answered the phone, when I questioned her then, she refused to speak to me anymore. They are a very dishonest provider and thieves from my perspective. when I told Groupon about this they refused to do anything about it and offered a 20 credit of what I payed. Again terrible service from Groupon as well.I am already in contact with customer service under ref Ihre Anfrage 92256371

The promo codes are good but when I buy something it goes lower. Next time lower discount. I think it should be the other way round.

While the vendor indicated that the Groupon was nonrefundable, the performers I wanted to see were cancelled and so I asked Groupon for a refund or credit towards my purchase, one week before the event. I had at least four other friends who purchased the same Groupon and got refunds. My case was escalated and since the turnaround time was 7 days, the vendor had time to mark my Groupon as redeemed even though I didn??t attend the event. Groupon refused to give me a refund or credit because the ticket was shown as redeemed even though I provided them with evidence of the show changing and there was no indication I even opened my voucher. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Crap! They didnt send my order which was visible on my account. The robots at customer service 4 of them!! told me its a system error and my order was shipped a week ago with DHL but sic! somehow there is no tracking number for the package. After 9 days after the order the deal said 2 days I receive an email saying my package was sent TODAY a week later than the lying bots told me via DPD and I received a tracking number. Whatta friggin coincidence. Shame the kids will not receive the Christmas present they wanted... Lets see if they give me my money back including the shipping both ways, as there will be no chance to give the present this year any more so I have to send this crap back...

Microsoft 365 Pro deal is not genuine. Followed instructions, uninstalled previous versions, entered the foreign email address and password to download, received a downloading message but at completion of download, nothing was downloaded on my PC. I should have checked the Microsoft website forum first where the comments from others reflected the same problem.I trusted Groupon as I have been purchasing deals on their site for many years without any issues. I will not deal with Groupon anymore.

The staff were friendly and the ambience very relaxing. It was a nice touch that we were offered tea and water before the session. The only thing I was a little wondering was what level of ??salt? was really inside the center.Sorry, but it smelled like normal air, not more saltier like what I expected. Maybe it is normal.
