What a rip off. False advertising. I thought I was buying 8kg of sweets for Halloween for 3 so I bought 3 buckets for my family. Went to redem them and this RIP OFF Groupon meant you paid 50 off the final price which basically meant 48 per bucket of sweets. So I went to cancel my order within 5 minutes of the purchase and you cant. NO REFUNDS. Legalised theft.

The Ballett was not professional. I expected professional dancers in a professional environment but all I got were amateurs. Also the music was just out of cheap boxes and even tough we got the most expensive tickets we couldnt see the feet. The stage was so low and the whole concept was just so unprofessional.

They behave like scammers. I purchased a coupon for an activity in Frankfurt for my boyfriends birthday. When we arrived at the Frankfurt beer tasting place coming from a city 70 km away, they said the reservation was not made through the Groupon system, even though I had booked it and showed them the reservation number. Eventually, the provider canceled the activity, and I was disappointed with the wasted time. Groupon support replied that they put the money on my Groupon account and I could use it within 3 years. However, a year later, when I finally found where to apply the credits, I couldnt locate the money in my account. They had expired! What the..!!UPDATE Sure, I have sent hundreds of emails. The person from customer service named Mahesh N R keeps replying with a standard message that they cant reimburse the money and doesnt even offer any apologies!!!
