Very unsattisfied with Groupon Customer Service! They took 39 Euros from me without giving me a service! The Cooperation Dealer redeemed my coupon without providing any service. She was very unproffessional and very hard to reach per phone. Please give me my money back!! I dont want anything to do with the Dealer ?esthetik Studio in the future!

Fraud I bought a hotel coupon, they declare that it is enough for booking a room. However, when you proceed on the hotel website, it actually covers just a part of the room cost. The thing is that the room without a voucher costs less, and the voucher is not refundable, but you know that you pay more with the voucher only after the purchase.My experience a room cost 105 on the website, I bought a coupon for 69 and had to add 52 for a total discounted price of 121.

Ordered a hedgehog house. It arrived with a nail sticking out the side obviously I don??t want to injure an animal with a faulty damaged home that could impale it when it goes for refuge. Emailed several times for help to be told I had no other option but to either take it to the post office at a cost to my time and petrol bill or take the day off work for a collection as they couldn??t do one on a Sunday as basically they do not want the cost but would rather it cost me their customer a day??s wages. I would recommend not to order from Groupon as I took this to higher management and a customer service advisor told me to basically put myself out as a cost to myself to return. Horrendous really given I didn??t send someone out a hedgehog wildlife torture house complete with nail for impairing wildlife. Cost me as well???!!! Lovely.

Variety of options and really good offers. Customer service also responds quickly to queries they have solved my issues as per my satisfaction till now. Using it for the past few years and till now do not have a reason to complain.

Very very bad service. I bought two vouchers for hair cut, only to find out later on that the barber had closed his shop. Groupon didnt pay me the money back but gave me the credit for buying another voucher. I bought other two vouchers for hair cut, and booked an appointment. I called that shop several times, nobody picked up the phone, and when I went there, the shop was closed. I get back to Groupon, they promised to deal with the problem within 7 days, and now after almost 3 months, no answer, no explanation! People should really avoid this scam!
