It is impossible to reach anyone at Groot, and you cannot download or find your invoice anywhere in the portal. It is very unsatisfactory how this is handled there.??

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Groupon has been nothing short of heartbreaking and exhausting. I booked a onenight stay at the Holiday Inn in Richmond, BC for December 21, 2023, as a special holiday getaway for my pregnant wife??our last chance for a little Christmas magic before the baby arrives. Despite having an email confirmation for December 21, my reservation didn??t appear in my Groupon history until I reached out to Support, and then it was inexplicably marked as expired.For five long hours, I pleaded with Groupon??s chat support. Each time, they promised to fix the issue and reach out to the hotel, but when we arrived, the staff had no clue about any reservation. On top of being stranded, Groupon claimed the booking was for December 20, which directly contradicts the confirmation in my inbox. They then refused to give back my money??both the 70 on my credit card and the 75 Groupon gift card I had used. I had to initiate a chargeback for the 70, but I have no recourse for the remaining 75, which is essentially lost. To salvage our Christmas trip, I spent another 150 on lastminute lodging, which added a huge financial burden to an already stressful time.Not once did Groupon show any genuine concern for the chaos and heartache this caused??especially for my pregnant wife, who was left anxious and upset during what should have been a joyful holiday. They don??t even offer a phone number so you can speak to someone directly, and after a while, their chat reps simply stopped replying to my messages. It feels like Groupon turned a magical holiday into a nightmare, and I wouldn??t wish this ordeal on anyone.I??m sharing my experience because I believe no one else should have to go through this level of stress and disappointment. For a company that claims to value its customers, Groupon left us out in the cold??literally and figuratively. Save yourself the grief and avoid them at all costs. One star is far too generous.

I did not get my tickets on the right time. I got the tickets after the event ended. I did not get any money back. This is fraud. Do not trust this site. Please save your money. You wont get it back. Be careful and dont trust this site. I would rather not give here any stars. Please dont do any payments here. Your money will be lost. When I called before buying the voucher, they did not listen to me. Gav wrong information, made booking around 1 month later, I waiting for so long, came there and apparently, everything is in a different way. I had to pay 130 euros more for the procedure I was not veen happy.in general people are nice and clean. But this communication problem and extra money I had to pay was made me very, very unhappy.

Not helpful in solving problems . Had a massage groupon coupon booked while the appointment booked got cancelled 24h beforehand , which happened a few times I just wanted to return the groupon deal , spoke to the assistance which solely said they could not assist as the booking time was already well before and just possible to return inner 12 weeks time after buying. Told them my story but not helpful at all . In the end I just gave up . So groupon is good as long everything works well, but in case help needed no support , no understanding just robots on the other end it feels .

The product is good, but the deliveries were not helping at all so they left the boxes outside of the house with a noticeable distance to our doorstep. I have a lot of things delivered but never had such an experience.

The restaurant was ok in that it was clean. Our coupon was for 2 burgers of our choice. We were told that only burger or cheese burger were our choices. We found the burgers to be very basic. We were disappointed plus it was 15 UBaan stops from. Our hotel. But was a nice area.

Rating a Groupon item.As far as I can see there is no way to check the trustworthyness or rating of an individual item or give a rating for an individual item for it to appear against that item. I am never going to use Groupon again as poor experiences with 2 recent purchases.

I bought a coupon but the system payment failed so I try 2 times. At the end that ended been 2 coupons of the same stuff. When I ask my money back they refund me with credit, at the end I was force to spend more than 200 euros in coupons!!!

in the profile you cant cancel and return the coupon yourself, and the support is extremely slow, my case hasnt been resolved after a week and my money has been just blocked on the coupon that i couldnt usethe feature of online booking via groupon doesnt work the merchant didnt see my appointment

This is the worst customer service. This website isnt made to get back your money or cancel or complain. They made it impossible to reach someone about a difficulty you may have with a Groupon you bought. They say no expiration date but the reality is it has expiration and then service wont take it. So you end up loosing money. I am deleting the app today.
