Groupon is not recommended. Reasons Customer service? Only giving one star because I had to... It was the worst experience Ive ever had! Especially because, I booked this couple massage as a surprise gift for my husband for our first wedding aniversary. I made myself clear on the phone that I booked it via Groupon but for two people. I mean if you select a product called couple massage, it should be clear that it is for two people... Well, when we were there, they were surprised that I booked it for two, so there was no space and time for two people. The store owner didnt even recognise her mistake and didnt apologise. Only her daughter apologised and gave me a second appointment but my husband went for the massage. Afterwards, he told me that it was the hell. There was no hole on the massage lounger so it was suffocating for him when he had to lie on his face down. The space was very narrow that the masseur asked him to stand up and change direction on the lounger and his masseur were also rotating so he never really had relaxing moment. After hearing this, I didnt want to try their massage that why I went for a simple manicure. Unfortunately, this was also not well done. My nails didnt even look like as if I had a manicure done.... Never again!!!

Bad deal. Advertised for 39 euros, ended up paying 140 euros more to get the basic service I came for. Always look for hidden prices and scan offers on the partner website, you might find better deals than the one advertised on Groupon.

What a great experience. Booked a sightseeing flight at short notice. 2 days later the time had come and I had a lot of fun. The pilot was super friendly and explained everything in great detail, so you felt super safe. I can absolutely recommend Wingly. 5 Stars

Dont use Groupon. Seems they dont have any control over their shippings. I have ordered barbeque over 1 month and I never got it. The response I get is saying that I need to wait for 10 more days. It was already extended twice so I believe they will play this game until summer is over.

I bought 4 vouchers for a show where the conditions of the trader stating to book 2 days before. Indeed the booking was closed 3 days before and I was unable to reddeem the vouchers. Groupon now refuses to refund the voucher price and refers to the trader which also refuses to give me a confirmation that the voucher was not redeemed.

Really bad because an order which I took at the beginning of march didn??t came until today every question to the support ended with the information that the order is on the way but the product isn??t there and there??s no order information really bad
