??I found an offer on Groupon. The reservation and confirmation went smoothly. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. A table was already prepared for us, and the drinks and food were excellent. The platter for two was very tasty and sufficient for two people. After the meal, we went to explore the games. With 90 credits, we were able to try everything and had a lot of fun. We??d be happy to come again. Thank you.

I bought a massage for 2 people at Schnheit in NeuWestend. For my wife and mother. The staff treated my mother and wife badly. They threw away the slippers, did not give them back kindly, and the environment was very unhygienic, everywhere was messy and not clean. I dont understand how a big company like you made an agreement with such a place.My trust in you is gone. I will definitely not buy any product from you again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Verry bad service, teririble food! We were 8 person, non of us got dinner at the same time, and the food was so bad we could not eat it, and er waitet for over an our for the food. The menu is only in german. . The staff dont speek english and are not nice.

Absolutely crap site. Tried ordering 2 lots of Molton brown products on their site,filled in all the applicable questions,I.e.name,address ,credit details etc. then tells me there is a problem with my address. In the 15 years I have lived here,never been a problemno customer service no.to refer too even tho they state they are 24 hour accessible. Absolutely dire customer services.
