Very bad place i had changed my timing and when i arrived the person did not know,and said she cant give me the massage,and could just offer me a short time! I accepted and the place,was horrible with noise,and i was undressing and she left the door open and no respect. One of the worse place. I advise no one to go! The massage was rubbish

It has been a total waste of time dealing with Groupon and there is no customer service. I ordered a few items and then never heard back from anyone. On the item I already redeemed, I never got it and Groupon does not care about helping. Shocking behaviour !

No rating it wouldnt let me move on. Awful experience with Groupon and the midland hotel Manchester. Tried to book afternoon tea it cost me 150. Couldnt book anything on the Groupon website. So contacted Groupon. Nearly 20 emails later and a wrong booking later. I was informed I couldnt change the booking the wrong booking they made I sent them the terms and conditions which said the booking could be transferred within 48 hours. They didnt get back to me so I asked to speak to manager and it was referred to them and I have to wait seven days for them to review it. In the meantime the booking now cant be transferred. So they get to keep my 150 making some nice interest in there account while I have to sit and wait for there managers to get back to me... Sometime never. This was for my sons 21st birthday. Which has now been completely ruined and I am 150 out of pocket NEVER USE GROUPON . Im now going to call the midland hotel and let them know the shambles they are associated with. Then trading standards. Then legal action

The deal cost reduction permitted me to book a wonderful Spa experience that would otherwise have been way outside my spending limit. Very happy with the whole process especially as I was initially sceptical and felt like I was being rash. Thankfully I was proved wrong.

I was a victim of fraud which was carried out through Groupon, and that scam exists already 5 years. Cosmetic Salon from Meerbusch, Germany, named Cellharmonic and its owner Heidi Hayriye Schulte Oversohl together with Groupon are decieving people into buying a Flatrate for laser over a year. After one appointment where the voucher is used the scam lady Ms. Schulte Oversohl claims that her salon has went bankrupt, that her mother died, that she is sick etc. In conversation with others it is obvious that she does this thought Groupon already for 5 years.

Caution! This company cheated on Groupons customers with longer contracts on the grounds that the termination was not received in time. Cancel immediatly within 3 months and request confirmation. The Store is always dirty and the equipment sauna were broken for over 3 months allegdly. Thats how they wanted to save money. Never again!
