No processing and response to the cancellation request. there is no cooperation with Linde Deals. The customer must deal with both partners. Linde Deals has canceled the voucher code with the statement to forward the cancellation to Groupon. There is no service and no valid voucher code, but Groupon does not cancel the invoice and does not get back to the customer.

I bought a Gutschein for 2 Tickets for the Ehrlich Brothers Show in Dsseldorf. Date of Buying 19.01.2024 2112 Date of Performance 21.01.2024 1730. But the Gutschein should have been changed to Tickets for the show until 19.01.2024 1000. So i placed 5 orders couple of weeks ago and got the confirmation too. I received one, and am awaiting one more package. 3 have been automatically refunded today without any further information. So I am happy that they automatically refunded the items but it does not seem very reliable with regards to being able to deliver what they are offering.

Not recommended. Be careful. If any concerns, even a very small ones and you ask them for a support, they start to refer you to law books and refuse to make any help or support. Be careful. I purchased a concert tickets, wrong city selected in a voucher. 2 minutes after a purchase I contacted Groupon to change the city didn??t asked them to cancel or refund. During the chat with Groupon representative I been refused in my request with a refer to long long text from a jurisprudence books. Groupon, is that the way you think you will get a customer loyalty?

Clear Description isnt there in some offenes. It??s misleading disappointing. I tried some offers sadly I experienced and observed that good businesses aren??t listed here. For example some shady, unclean , disappointing parlour places. This is my experience. Obviously the customer has to be cautious but the customer cannot go to every place before booking the coupon. I personally am scared to buy any further coupons from Groupon, irrespective of the great offer. It??s better to pay more stay safe.
