Absolutely the worst experience ever! My loan has shown borrower funded for months and I have not been funded at all for my business. They keep passing the buck back and forth between different representatives of their own and the lender. They say contact the lender I contact the lender the lender says contact womply. It's pathetic womply does not want to help anybody at this point they already received their money. Even though they have falsely claimed to have helped fund a loan that has not been funded! You cannot get anybody to call you back and their customer service sucks because they just keep passing you to a different representative every time you receive an email so they keep regurgitating the same crap to you and asking you to give them the same information that you've already given them a dozen times before.Proper communication is what is needed here. I have given them every last detail they need to figure out and fix the problem yet they still refuse to do so. Why, because they've already been paid and they don't care if anyone else gets their loan!
It was bad because I was just starting my business and I got the first loan to get things that I needed and I needed the second one but you guys were out of money before I can get the second one to fulfill everything that I needed for my business
My application was stalled for the longest and everything was turned in. It keptc switching things around saying things were needed in app but they weren't. I turned in everything gotten to the letter..... and then they ran out or funds so I did not get the help I needed.
My first disbursement went through just fine,but the second was a horrible and nerve wrecking situation. I docu signed documents with 2 different lenders way before PPP ended only for Womplys system to keep reacting as though there was not a lender! I could not get ahold of a live represent that could tell me what'? ? ?s going on at all. The email responses were late and always general,still not answering my questions. It was very upsetting because now I'? ? ?m like two lenders have all my info from me signing the documents sent,yet the $ was never deposited until one fine day 3 months later, I get a THE PPP LOAN HAS ENDED!! Wow!!! Such a headache
