Review Time
Recieved an unsolicited text from womply on my personal phone at 7:49am on a Sunday morning. I'm not even a business owner. Their home page says they help you know your customers and how to market to them. Based on this experience i wouldn't use them if i were a business owner. Thanks for waking me up on the only day i can sleep past 6 am. Morons
Womply was easy to sign up with and I heard people were using it. I can honestly say I agree with those who have left 1 star reviews. The process may have been easy but the processing, communication, notifications, and length of the process was not worth it. I had very great plans for this to be used as a safety net for my business if it gotten worse. And I can say that Womply did not come through and ruined my plans. I was promised and approved for a lot more than what they were willing to give. I only got one of my payments and I went through the process before they even started notifying people that funding was getting low. And yet no word from them other than. Sign the petition for more funding from the government. I hate that I sent them my information and signed the documents. I would have rather not have dealt with womply at all vs dealing with this. I advise going somewhere else. If you must use Womply as a last resort. My honest opinion.
I received part of the money - in a timely manner. However, I STILL have not been contacted - per request and over two dozen attempts since April. The one person to respond had complete incorrect info and apologized that my loan was not funded in time (it was). I understand how difficult it is to run a small business but customer satisfaction is one of the keys
