Never processed my second draft, when asked for explanation, they had none, and referred me to the government. Reached out to them and they told me they had no control or did they declined my second draw. And that it was you that stopped the second draw. And it wasn't to late to receive funds, when told by your representative Ana, that the ppp loans had finished. And wouldn't give me anymore information or direction as to how to receive my second draw. TM
I would give Womply zero stars if it was possible. I applied 2 times on the start date and never received any $. I continually contacted them to check up with no response from them . By the time I realized I was getting nothing it was too late to apply anywhere else.Womply is a horrible institution.
Let me tell you got my first draw in a timely manner. That was good it's been almost half a year and no second draw even tho on May 15th womply said the paperwork was going thru. Fast forward Nov 8th no second draw, lost on place to live. I will be homeless on the 14th of November. The first draw lender wasn't my second draw lender. No one notified me of this change. I have been trying t contact someone anyone at womply. I got thru for the first time last week. I have been trying to contact them since June 4th. Now they tell me that since my phone isn't the same as the original application so I'm locked out of my womply account even though the phone number is the only change to the account. Because of womplys neglegence and lack of communication. I lost a considerable amount of funding. Said and done I lost 2 homes any chance of salvaging my business and pretty much all hope. I just can't believe no one thought to tell me anything about any of this. All my paperwork was filed by end of April before the deadline. I worked day in and day out to take care of my kids. And now their dad looks like a bum. Thx for taking the time to call and and keeping me apprised of the situation. Oh wait you didn't. You made me wait almost 5 months for nothing but empty promises. BTW I would have given negative stars if that was an option. Can someone from womply please contact me 7022767665 and tell me why you let this happen? This Company is very unprofessional they want take phone calls nor respond to emails I had a problem with my bank information that was not on there listed I was told it hay be add manually with the ppp loan I tried to enter it manually because keep tell to contact Womply I had 30 days before the deadline I emailed to almost every day with no response. you call them you don'? ? ?t get anyone live it just refer you to email them. I would not recommend this company to my worries enemy. I was not able to get the loan because of the deadline. After the deadline was over and the money ran out then they corrected the problem it was to late
I wouldn'? ? ?t even give them 1 Star but I had to. They strung me along the whole time and then once the ppp ended they canceled my application trying to say I canceled it. I emailed them 20 times asking for help to get my identity verified along with my bank. It wasn'? ? ?t allowing me to do so online. What they have done was criminal and they screwed me over and out of $10,000 I was entitled to. There is no way to get a human to contact you or help you resolve any issues. Do not use they are a joke and will blame everyone else but won'? ? ?t take responsibility and help you.
