Overall: Great! I got a PPP loan and it was a pretty seamless process. The platform generally worked well and I had few issues navigating it myself.One area of concern: I Wish the support team had more information regarding the full process. I inquired with support about loan forgiveness multiple times and they simply kept stating you need to contact the lender directly. They also told me my lender's contact information was on the documentation I had received. It was not. I got my lender's contact information via google but could never reach them.Eventually Womply just sent me automated emails and texts regarding forgiveness, even though the support team made no mention of this in my email communications with them. I used that information to finish my PPP loan forgiveness successfully.
I 1st thought Womply would be able to help make getting a PPP loan simple and easy. I couldn't have been more wrong.The application process kept informing me of missing items. I would add the items. They would inform me of the same missing items. It would connect to my bank account, but then tell me it wasn't connected. I went through that no less than 10 attempts.You can't talk to a real human. It seems one eventually does answer an email question a week later, but with a canned response that didn't answer the question. Overall if I could give it less than one star, I would.
