I signed up for the bonus share offer for new customers, and my experience has been an absolute disaster.I followed all the rules outlined in the T&Cs, but unlike most other users, I did not receive the share after making my initial deposit. I contacted customer support, who then gave me false explanations and invented additional requirements that are not stated anywhere in the T&Cs to justify why I was supposedly ineligible for the reward.I was also promised multiple times that I would receive a follow-up email, which never happened. Given that this is a financial service asking me to trust them with my money, I cannot recommend even considering becoming a customer.
