Misleading Promotion and Poor Support

I signed up for the bonus share offer for new customers, and my experience has been an absolute disaster.I followed all the rules outlined in the T&Cs, but unlike most other users, I did not receive the share after making my initial deposit. I contacted customer support, who then gave me false explanations and invented additional requirements that are not stated anywhere in the T&Cs to justify why I was supposedly ineligible for the reward.I was also promised multiple times that I would receive a follow-up email, which never happened. Given that this is a financial service asking me to trust them with my money, I cannot recommend even considering becoming a customer.

Advertised bonus for signing up has not honoured.

Advertised bonus for signing up has not been paid despite account verification and the required deposit.Multiple attempts to resolve via their live chat and tickets but to be honest they didn't seem to have any real clue. No further response to the 'tickets' and still haven't honoured the offer.Very poor and hard to have any confidence to further invest.
