He impressed us with his advice and professionalism; it felt like speaking to an interior designer who instantly understood what style of sofa would suit our space and needs.Paul gave us all the time we needed to make a decision, with absolutely no pressure to buy. The service was outstanding informative, supportive, and relaxed. We also received a lovely discount, which was a nice bonus! Honestly, without Paul'???s guidance, we wouldn'???t have found the right sofa. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted, but he helped me realize there was a better option.It was refreshing to speak with someone who truly understands the products.We're still waiting for the delivery, so we can'???t comment on the sofa itself yet, but thanks to Paul, we feel confident we made the best choice

I purchased a Divan Set with delivery. The bed was a Silentnight and I have not slept so well in ages. FV had lots of different choices and buying on line made it easier with the 14 day return policy. As for the delivery men, Chris, Lewis & JC, exceptional customer service, very polite and considerate. I am grateful for the experience and I would certainly recommend FV to all.
