Walk into the store no hassle just a good morning. We asked for help a guy called Nedge helped us knew everything we asked .got us coffee and sat with us. Left the store look at other sofas . But went back to Nedge and he sold it to us with the cover plan as well .he made us feel welcome and was very easy to talk to .
At Farnborough Furniture Village the staff member was very helpful, very polite, but when we thought we may have a problem with the item we bought we called into Guildford branch, they we quite short with us, the guy didn't want to know what the problem was, as far as he was concerned we ordered through Farnborough, so we needed to go back to Farnborough, we only wanted measurements. So I am not pleased with the Guildford Branch at all, five stars to Farnborough, 2 stars for Guildford.
