From start to finish our experience with furniture village has been amazing from trying to pick the right furniture to suit us and our home Nigel at the Chelmsford branch was so knowledgeable and helpful, then the superb friendly and careful delivery and installation of our furniture today by the store 2 door engineers, Steve and Rhys who took specific care to ensure that the furniture was brought into the house without damage, they put together for us moved it where we wanted it and they demonstrated how to use it. Steve and Rhys were absolutely so considerate and helpful. I would definitely recommend furniture village and their delivery team and we will use them again.
Saw a table online and popped into our local store to view it. What we liked was we were approached and offered a coffee then we were left to make our own decision. There was no hard sell or awkward chit chat, he just kept popping back to see how we were getting on and offering opinions, and then left us until we had made the decision to buy. I think his name was Davide - great customer service.
The guys from '???Store 2 Door'??, Steve and Matthew, arrived on time, were polite and friendly and finished the assembly very quickly and cleared away all packaging. They insisted that I should try the recliners to make sure I was fully satisfied, which of course I was. Thank you Steve and Matthew '???
Aaron was very attentive, and didn'???t seem to have a hidden agenda. He offered us all products that were on offer for what we had ordered, and didn'???t pressure us into anything we didn'???t want to. As always, we spent far more money than we were expecting to, however we walked away with exactly what we wanted. I'???d also just like to say how fantastic he was with our daughter, supplying her cookies!
I came into your store today, just to look '???? around. I met Matt Basden .and I must say what I very nice and helpful man he is. I saw a sofa .Matt told me all about it and I liked it so i bought it. One very Happy customer '????
