Review Time
It is the second time we have had a delivery from the same team, Mike and Danny..On both occasions the crew were friendly, polite and professional.However I am unsure if the bed has been put together right hence the 4 star review.The headboard has four screw, 3 appear to have come through fully to connect to the bed however the 4th is only half way through.If this is connected correctly I will change to 5 stars. Our visit to Colchester branch was a great success, we bought a very attractive and easy to extend table. James Hudson the salesman was very helpful answering all our questions and demonstrating extending the table. We did not want the item delivered quickly and neither did we want it assembled on delivery because we are taking it to another place by car. He organised everything very well for us ensuring our specific needs were met. The quality of the products offered are extremely high as is the service of the employees.
