*AVOID*AVOID*AVOID!!!Worst company that I have ever dealt with - go elsewhere - anywhere else!Sales experience was good - with nice people - but i bought out of a sale window so the price halved a couple of weeks later during the Easter sale - key lesson to learn - Never go here when there isn't a sale on - simple as that.The issues started after that. My sofa delivery is now currently a month a late - during which time I have called the distribution center on multiple occasions and been promised calls back and escalations - yet nothing happens and when I call back again a couple of days later - it always starts afresh - usual response 'We are trying to locate it", "Its in our national distribution centre, and we are trying to get it to us here", "Our manager has emailed their manager"... My advice for anyone - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Issue with the Quality of goods: The Sideboard has an area on the edge of the door where the stain has come off. The delivery Man was very open and explained that when the products are stained, they are packaged up too early and therefore the stain pulls off when the packaging is removed.He took photos and said someone would be in touch to arrange a time for this to be rectified. Either by a touch up or a replacementSalesman in store - GreatDelivery - Great, the three men worked quickly and professionally to safely deliver my furniture. Cannot fault them
