Friendly team but with lack of attention to detail and finishing the job properly!There was a slight damage on the powder coating of the black base and the fitting of the table to the base was unfinished at best. The table is wobbly thus unstable and they left us with 4 unused bolts...That probably explains the wobbliness of it all.
Lewis and Saul did a fantastic job delivering and assembling my dining table. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. What stood out most was their positive attitude '??? they were cheerful, friendly, and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Everything was set up perfectly, and they left the place spotless. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and happy professionals!
very happy with the furniture I received. The delivery guys were efficient and good putting together the furniture, although they did chip the paintwork on my banister upstairs. Shame one of them decided to use my toilet upstairs, leaving the door open for me to hear him.Also, the furniture when finished being assembled was left with big finger print, hand marks on the mirror. The two guys whilst good at assembling the furniture didn't bother to take off their shoes to go upstairs. I had just vacuumed my stair carpet. not a big deal but they could have asked me if this was OK.
Excellent communication prior to sofa delivery and on the day. Quick installation from Ste and Stu. Polite and friendly throughout with helpful instructions for use. Protective covering put down for flooring and sofas arrived in several parts making it easy to get into property without issues.
